  I was able to pick up my rental car from the office as scheduled. The Hyundai Santa Fe was a nice car. The representatives were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The transaction was smooth. I was able to leave the rental car at the shop where I picked up my car after repairs.

  The manager was very informative on availability and suggested coverage when we were given a new vehicle with 11 miles on it. Ordinarily we only use our insurance but opted to add since it was a new vehicle to the lot. In our travels we got a flat only to find there are no spares in rentals. Due to the location and time of day we had to have the car towed then have an Uber take us to the closest airport for another rental. The Uber driver got a flat as well when backing out of the wrong rental company lot. We had a doozy of a day but at least it did not rain as forecast. The rest of the trip was fine although we felt bad that the new hybrid car was several miles away from the original rental location. Upon returning the vehicle the associate gave us a free day off the bill which was unexpected yet greatly appreciated. Enterprise has my vote of confidence to treat customers right. Thank you for a safe trip to transport an elderly parent to bring them home safely. We will definitely use your service again. Thank you Lamont, Connor, Alexis and team.

  When the vehicle i was about to rent stunk like smoke, we found a different acceptable vehicle.

  Made a reservation for one day. Was charged for the entire weekend. $330 for one day. Poor communication and they didn’t have the car listed under the reservation booked. Plenty of other locations, best if you book Somewhere else.Do better !

  BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES!! I called prior to go through the tolls to see if enterprise charged a fee on their end for processing the tolls and was told no, I would only be responsible for the toll amount. When I called to try and get the situation corrected, I was on hold for over 30 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time before I was hung up on. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable and responsive.
