  I recently needed a rental car for a business trip and decided to use Enterprise in Chesapeake. Rather than putting unnecessary miles on my own vehicle, renting made perfect sense. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and happy to answer my questions. The rental process was efficient, and before long I was on the road and headed to my destination. The vehicle itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout my trip. It’s always reassuring when you can simply focus on the journey without worrying about the car. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Friendly service, a smooth rental process, and a dependable vehicle made for an easy, stress-free trip. I’ll gladly return to this Enterprise location the next time I need a rental and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Cody at the Chesapeake N. Battlefield Blvd. 927 N Battlefield Blvd location and the other associate working at pick up were awesome. I booked the car the same day and needed to pick up within an hour of booking, Cody called me within 5 minutes and explained they didn’t have the car type I had requested and let me know my options. I was a bit disappointed that the car type I wanted wasn’t available but continued with my reservation. Upon arrival Cody greeted me and let me know that someone had returned the car type I had wanted and his other associate was getting it all cleaned up as quickly as possible for me! I was so grateful and he was quick and efficient getting me all set up. Returning the car at Columbia 8916 Mcgaw Ct was also a breeze. Nathan greeted me with a smile and great customer service, quick and efficient getting the car all checked in and me back on my way.

  First, they didn't have the car I reserved. Then the wouldn't take my bank card as payment because I had an out of state license for a residence 1 mile outside the state line. All of this information would have been useful before I wasted all this time.

  I have rented from this location multiple times over the last few years and never disappointed. They have excellent customer service, clean vehicles, and thoroughly explain the rental process.

  Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia only one person that I came in contact with he had no patience. Told me it was Mother’s Day. I’m a mother as well and it was just like he was ready to go. I got there at 12: 00 by the time I walked to the door, it was 1201 and I said hey I have reservations and he quickly said I’m closing his Mother’s Day weekend I didn’t wanna bite my tongue so I went on and retrieve the car. He didn’t even do a walk around just because you’re trying to leave. I am a customer and you supposed to honor your customers.
