  I've been taking my vehicles to Dellinger's for years and every repeat customer knows if you need a state inspection, you have to be lined up at the door before 7am. I arrived a few minutes after 7am yesterday and it was already up to 3-4 hours (my fault on that one). I came back today and was first in line for inspection when the doors unlocked only to be told the wait is even longer than yesterday because a lot of people dropped their vehicles the night before. It has ALWAYS been first come, first served in the mornings (even the two people behind me said the same thing). They've said several times over the years that "we don't do appointments for inspections". I gave 3 stars because they're a great business and do great work, but I had to drop two stars for the disappointment in performance, lack of transparency in scheduling, and two days wasted when I could have made an appointment somewhere else and not wasted my time.

  I recently visited this shop to have four new tires installed, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond, but I especially want to recognize Allen, Desmond, Jimmy, and Crystal. Each of them played a part in making the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Allen was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly without any pressure. Desmond made sure everything was handled quickly while still paying attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Jimmy brought such a positive attitude and kept things moving while making sure I was comfortable and informed. And Crystal truly tied the whole experience together—she was organized, friendly, and made sure every question I had was answered with patience and care. What stood out most to me was how well the team worked together. There was no confusion, no delays, and no feeling of being just another customer. They treated me with respect, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure I left feeling confident in my purchase. The quality of the tires and the service itself were excellent, but it’s the people that really make this place stand out. It’s rare to find a team where every single person delivers such a high level of service, and it did not go unnoticed. I will absolutely be returning for future services and recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs reliable, honest, and top-tier automotive care. This is exactly how a business should be run.

  I brought my BMW X3 in due to a radiator fluid leak. The shop kept my vehicle for about five days and completed repairs totaling $2,700 (including front-end work). Unfortunately, just three days after picking up my car, the radiator fluid warning light came back on and I began experiencing the same issue again. I returned to the shop immediately and was asked to bring the vehicle back the following day. However, due to the ongoing issue, additional time without a vehicle, and the cost of rentals, I decided to take my car to the dealership and ultimately traded it in. Based on my experience, I feel the original issue was not properly resolved, and I ended up spending a significant amount of money without a lasting fix. I would recommend ensuring the shop has specific experience with BMW vehicles before proceeding with repairs.

  Service Manager is the absolute best. Honest and knowledgeable. I always drive 30 miles to get all our cars worked on at Dellingers. They are the best tire place in the 757. I will never go anywhere else!
