  Called in the morning about a alignment was told to call back later when I planned to bring the vehicle in. Called later after work. Was told to come on in that it would be a 45 min wait. I dropped the vehicle off and after 3 hours I called to see if it was ready. They told me they couldn't do it until the morning. They then called in the morning trying to sell me tires I told them I already had a tire appointment for after the alignment. The clerk tried to belittle me saying I should get tires before the alignment when in fact you should get tires after a alignment. They then charged me 170 dollars for a wheel alignment on the receipt it said I had 20-22 inch rims which mine are 17s so I'm guessing I was overcharged and on top of that my steering wheel is no longer straight when driving straight. I would not recommend this place to anyone

  Very courteous and quick everything done timely respectful manner will use them from now on, witnessed their phone etiquette along with personal customer service. Would rank it right up there with chic fil a!

  I spent over $1,000 at Dellinger’s Tire Discounters for service that included new TPMS sensors, lug nuts, and a tire rotation. My truck was kept longer than promised with no update, but I remained patient. After getting it back, I noticed scratches on multiple wheels that I had not previously observed. When I raised the issue, the shop manager was immediately dismissive, repeatedly spoke over me, and attributed everything to oxidation. I documented the damage with photos and a written report and escalated the matter. After several days, the regional manager called and told me approximately 75% of the scratches were old because they had dirt in them. When I tried to discuss the remaining concerns, I again felt talked over rather than heard. What disappoints me most isn’t simply the disagreement over the wheels it’s how my concern was handled from the store level through regional management. I gave the company an opportunity to review the issue before posting a review, but the response felt defensive rather than customer-focused. After spending over $1,000, I expected better communication, professionalism, and a genuine effort to address my concern. Based on this experience, I will not return.

  Had a tire rotation done, Free of charge came with the purchase, and the technician noticed I needed rear brakes and rotors.
