  I replaced the headlight assemblies on my SUV and was unable to adjust the headlights to the right setting. I decided to bring it to Dellinger's as I didn't want to be gouged by the dealership. Called Delinger's and they said to bring it on in. Friendly staff at the front desk that promised to get it done that day. Found out the assembly had a broken adjuster and they were sorry they couldn't help. I replaced the assemblies again and went back to have the 2nd pair adjusted. Again, encountered friendly staff willing to help. Whenever you call the staff pick up and are knowledgeable about the status of your repair. Picked the car up and was surprised by a no charge for the service! Awesome people that care about their customers. I'll be back in the fall for a full set of tires. So glad we have an alternative to the dealerships so close by.

  I had a flat tire that was leaking pretty rapidly on a Thursday, I had it plugged and filled up, but by Friday morning, it was slowly leaking again. I called Dellingers to get the tire replaced at about 830 in the morning on Friday with a time crunch of leaving to get to my second job in VA Beach by 3pm (meaning leaving Suffolk by 2pm) and even through their incredibly busy day, they made it happen and had it finished by 1230PM. Crystal was the most kind and wonderful person to deal with and I can't thank her for assisting in making this happen for me, in such a short timeframe. I highly recommend Dellingers and will be using them for future auto needs.

  I've been taking my vehicles to Dellinger's for years and every repeat customer knows if you need a state inspection, you have to be lined up at the door before 7am. I arrived a few minutes after 7am yesterday and it was already up to 3-4 hours (my fault on that one). I came back today and was first in line for inspection when the doors unlocked only to be told the wait is even longer than yesterday because a lot of people dropped their vehicles the night before. It has ALWAYS been first come, first served in the mornings (even the two people behind me said the same thing). They've said several times over the years that "we don't do appointments for inspections". I gave 3 stars because they're a great business and do great work, but I had to drop two stars for the disappointment in performance, lack of transparency in scheduling, and two days wasted when I could have made an appointment somewhere else and not wasted my time.
