  Brandon and Zach are the two gentlemen that I dealt with the most through the process. I drove two hours to them because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived, it had an issue that I could not be cool with. However, the team there moved mountains to fix it and made sure I was satisfied. BIG SHOUTOUT to Josh and Matt in the shop. Those guys are top notch! Zoom Zoom 🏎️

  Zach and Kwame was amazing! Amazing service. Worked with me. Had great integrity. I got my car after going through crap with my last one! My experience was overall the best car experience I’ve had! Best for military and veterans! Come here

  We had a wonderful & pleasant experience with the Cavalier sales team!! My husband and I came in to test drive a few CX-50s and get a feel for what we wanted in our next vehicle! Jackson was so friendly, laidback and not the least bit pushy, we felt that all of our questions were answered sufficiently and had an enjoyable time chatting and exploring different vehicles without feeling pressured to move further in the process before we were ready! We appreciated the positive experience, as this was our first time shopping at a dealership! Thank you to everyone at Cavalier Mazda and a special thanks to Jackson and Melissa for being so welcoming & kind!

  I had such an amazing experience with Cavalier Mazda! Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations, and they genuinely know how to treat their customers. What impressed me the most was how easy they made the entire process. We were able to work everything out over the phone before I even went to the dealership. They listened to what I needed, worked with my budget, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was smooth and easy. During my car search, I dealt with several other dealerships throughout the area where I often felt dismissed or treated differently simply because I was looking for a used vehicle within a specific budget. Cavalier Mazda was completely different. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued regardless of how much I was spending. From our first conversation over the phone to the moment I walked into the dealership and drove away with my car, the entire team went above and beyond my expectations. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. After my experience shopping around, I can confidently say Cavalier Mazda is the only dealership I would personally work with in the Seven Cities/Hampton Roads area.
