  I recently purchased a new CX-50 from Cavalier Mazda and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From talking to Brandon (internet sales) to Ashley (product specialist) to Paul (Financial). I showed up at the dealership and they already had two vehicles with different trim levels, side by side pulled up in the front, so I can compare the differences. Ashley and Paul were very professional, friendly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated that they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured into a decision. The team was knowledgeable about the vehicle features, financing options, and helped me find the right car for my needs and budget. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with treated me and my daughter with respect. Buying a new car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Cavalier Mazda made the experience enjoyable and straightforward. Everyone valued my time and i felt that this was a very smooth process. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new Mazda in the Hampton Roads area.

  BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Aaron hands down the best salesman I’ve met after visiting many dealers over the last month. An honest straight up guy. Ask about his Gt500! Thanks bro Summer made my visit extraordinary! Such a sweet soul you can tell she’s genuine. Thanks for the experience Geoff and Paul were awesome on the financial side and both stand up guys! Joseph I can’t say your last name who was training has a future here as a great salesman. Be honest and be yourself my man you’ll do great! I bought my used wagoneer here and these people made it such a breeze and comfortable. I’ve shopped around the last month and have gone through the gambit of trashy dealers and this was literally my last straw before just going through carmax but I’m glad I gave Aaron the chance to earn my business. Highly recommended you use this place. Now I leave true reviews so this isn’t a negative but just something to take into account. The separate 3rd party extended warranty is provided by an outside company liberty shield and after some research they did not seem up to par so I did not purchase the extended warranty due to but I am contemplating it as it is a decent deal but as good as the Mazda crew is the warranty is not in their hands so I can’t hold that against them. Who knows I might come back and get a Miata

  Great dealership!!! Phil Wilson was a great salesman as was the whole staff. Very easy process, no dealership tricks or pressure. Highly recommended, if I could afford it I'd go buy a Mazda from them every weekend!!!

  I had a great experience here .I came up here to really praise Paul in finance. My guy forever. His communication was clear and confident, which built immediate trust. The dealership itself maintains a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel at ease throughout the process . Paul was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish . He called me with good news that made my day . I really appreciate him . He worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. If youre looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Paul . Now i have a brand new 2026 cx50 . PAUL thank you for everything. I have so much love for you .

  Ordered a car but when it arrived it had a little damage so they gave me a good price on another upper trim car. Zachary was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I didn’t feel any pressure like other car dealers. Very happy with my purchase.
