  This is my first Mazda purchase and I must say Cavalier Mazda hit it out of the park. The staff Zach Bushnell and Lauren Austin made me feel like royalty. The commitment to customer service is over the top and I promise this will not be my last purchase. I recommend anyone to this dealership if they are looking to be treated with utmost respect and no hassle vehicle purchase.

  Our car buying experience with Brandon and Brett was THE BEST experience we have ever had. We initially made the mistake of going to Hall for a brand new Mazda and for some unknown reason, the Hall Used Car manager (Matthew) tried to edge into our purchase with sleazy sales tactics and sneaky tricks to maximize his commission. We gave up on Hall after 5 days of waiting fruitlessly for Hall to find us a car WITH the accessories we wanted without charging labor for things like all weather floor mats. On a Saturday morning, I started texting with Brandon at Cavalier (before they even opened) and within an hour, he and Brett had an offer (with a great dealer discount) that hands down beat anything offered by Hall...we were signing papers within 2 hours. Brandon and Brett were so easy to work with, no games, they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy, just pure EXCELLENCE in customer service. Brandon and Brett are THE Gold Standard for making a car purchase and customer care!! Thanks guys!!

  A 5,000 mi showroom quality CX70 needed warranty work on the radar system when I went to go sell the car, they assumed I wanted to lemon law. Service director and manager were immediately hostile, unprofessional and uncooperative right from the very start. They lied on their service repair as well. Then even after all the warranty work that got done, these pictures show you how it came out and I had to return 3X to get it correctly repaired. These pictures tell you all you need to know about the service department. They made me realize "we are family" is just a Mazda BS smoke screen. I've never seen a worse dealership service department.

  Bought our 2026 CX90 here in October 2025. Eric is our Sales guy and Lauren is awesome in the Service department. Highly recommend!!
