  This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square and I have never been dissatisfied with the service or the people that I came in contact with during or after my purchase. Thank you Keith for hearing me and giving me the best deal. Thank you Matthew for helping me navigate the paper work. Thank you Beth for explaining the ECP, I had a lot of fun speaking with you.   They are so kind and so friendly. The service is fast and efficient. They even offer a complimentary pick up and drop off of the vehicle which is incredibly helpful.

  Sold us a complete lemon off the used lot. Significant rodent damage found and they aren’t doing anything to help. Did call and spoke to management. Update: the car had a distinctive smell at time of purchase. When we bought it, we were told it was pet damage that time would help resolve. The mechanic at the Toyota dealership said the smell was distinctively rodent piss. He was very confident. Moreover, our car never sat idle. The extent of the damage suggests the car wasn’t used and the rodents were able to infest over a long period of time. Shame on Cavalier for selling a damaged car.

  The stars given reflect the general impression of dealership as a whole. @ the sales staff: Rather than letting your openly friendly and helpful attitude be affected by negative reviews resulting from your Service Center colleagues' unprofessional, passive aggressive behaviour, maybe you could offer them some training on how to deal with customers. You get it right, they do not.
