  Erich and the rest of the team at Cavalier Ford in Chesapeake were extremely professional. They were all very patient and answered all my questions. They really made this car buying experience an enjoyable one. Can’t recommend them enough.

  I stopped by to just look and met this great salesman, Richard Sinclair. He was just great, he took his time explaining the differences in the cars. He was very attentive to my needs and patient. I suggest asking for him when you’re ready to buy a used car. I cannot forget Mark Anthony, Joel (in financing), Tut and all the guys that made my experience great! It had been 22 years since I last bought a vehicle!!!! Thanks to everyone!!

  I’m always pleasantly surprised by the Customer support from Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square. I know that there are other places that my car can be serviced, but on most occasions I always go back to Ford because I know that things will get done correctly and I have a set appointment. This time Nick was my service Advisor and he was on point. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure that I was well informed about my options. There’s always a courtesy driver to take me to and from my home, if needed. I want to truly thank all the employees that I came in contact with at Ford. It may not be much to all but it’s the small things that matter in life to me.
