  I decided to clean my car battery posts because of all the build up on the terminals. Well, after the clean up, I had difficulty starting my car because I couldn't tighten the cable to the negative terminal enough to start my car. Finally, it started and while it was running I decided to go to AutoZone to get a new cable clamp. I explained my battery problem to a clerk named Keith. He stated that all I may need is a terminal shim and offered to install it. Well, 15 minutes later, my car started right up and he also checked the condition of my battery, alternator and starter and said all is well. Keith didn't hesitate to help me, was very professional and above all was kind enough to offer his services to me in resolving my problem. It is this kind of service that will keep me coming back to AutoZone and I will spread the word to my friends as to what they can expect to receive in doing business with AutoZone.   My husband just got back from the Auto Zone on Cedar Rd. He is boasting on how great the customer service was there. He said your employees went above and beyond their job description. They were EXTREMELY helpful, kind and knew their stuff. Thank you all for the great customer service! Nowadays, good customer service is very hard to find! 10 out of 10!! Great job!

  Cool place to hang out for employees. Not so cool to shop at. They have one person working and she loaded up. I couldn’t blame her considering the other five employees seemed to be hanging out hitting vapes and debating gas or diesel engines. Then.. when she needed a manager code the “boss Mann” seemed pissed that he had to be interrupted to punch five keys into the keyboard.

  The Great guys at Auto Zone found the wipers I needed, I bought them, then they installed them for me at no extra charge. That is a fantastic perk in my view and I will continue to shop there!

  There is a woman who worked here her name is Jaimelynn. She was really awesome. The location was great not far off the highway. It seemed as if all of the employees were very helpful. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes and watched what happened here. This isn't just a store. This is where men and women go to find out what's going on with their car and fix it super fast and very easily. What happens here is really cool. The people who work here come out, find what's wrong with your vehicle then sell you the parts and if possible, you pop the part on. No, by no means.Is this a garage for you to use. But it's just a place to go fix your car super fast. I highly recommend this place!
