  Please check your parts before you leave the store. I purchased two rear brake rotors and was given one front and one rear. I was in a rush and trusted their judgement.

  I purchased transmission fluid here and returned it the same day (yesterday), refund to my Apple Pay account. The very next morning (today), while I’m sitting at Sentara Leigh Cancer Center waiting with my 21 year old daughter to have a biopsy done, I got a missed call from Auto Zone at 8:12AM. Assuming it was in reference to the refund, I stepped out of the lobby to call Auto Zone back and was met complete ignorance with no one knowing anything about the call that came from their store. In the meantime my daughter was called to the back without me. And I have no answers for why someone at this location called my phone and why I do not see my refund because the manager didn’t even address that. Just kept saying no one called me from their store so I’m going to post the call log in the photos along with the refund receipt showing their phone number because THIS IS CONCERNING!!!

  I wanted to leave a positive note about employee Dalton, who helped my son with a simple electrical battery reset. What seemed like a small service ended up saving us over $200 and preventing a much bigger issue. Dalton was professional, friendly, and efficient — we called ahead, and he got us in and out quickly. In a time when we often hear negative things about young men, it was refreshing to experience such great service. My partner worked at AutoZone for two decades, so I know how much the standout employees matter — and Dalton is definitely one of them. I hope he goes far!

  Im new to doing maintenance on my car and know very little outside YouTube. The people at the counter were very helpful with helping me find the right tools/parts I needed for the job and answered any questions I had.
