Came here out of desperation, i was on my way home back to hampton around 04:30 or 5pm after work when i caught a flat tire westbound I-664. Unfortunately my spare didn’t have enough air either and this was the nearest auto store there is around the exit. I crept my way to the store, bought a tire inflator with a sealant, unfortunately the unit i bought had faulty the chuck and snapped right off before i even get to pump air on my spare. I walked in to the store and without even having the chance to explain anything one of the employees gave me an attitude and he immediately assumed i’m just asking for a refund without even asking what’s going on. while i have 2 deflated tires just right outside the store. He tried to keep telling me to come back “the next day and talk to the store manager” and even tried to argue his point without asking about the situation. I could care less about refunding the $36 i spent for the faulty unit I bought i only care about getting an inflator so i can pick up my son from daycare on time across the water. I really hate the fact that i had to argue my way into it just so for him to hear me out. I have been going to AutoZone just about all the time I need something for my car. That is the only time I encountered such a character From an employee. Such ego do not belong nowhere near customer service. Normally, I don’t make statements like this even crappy customer service but yesterday was a very different situation and what he showed me was unacceptable

Hayden and Elijah were very helpful with my purchases. I was greatful for their help professionalism. The only issue i have is when I have to return an item, retaining clips. It required two separate transactions. Not sure why, it could be a bit more stream lined... But other than that great crew!!
