Have been there many times no issues until the last 2 times one with an oil change to which the plug was not properly put back left my driveway full of oil and the last time to get major repairs my vehicle was left completely apart and not finished glovebox was in the floor and a fuel sensor was left unplugged the service writer said the mechanic quit in the middle of fixing my vehicle and no one made an effort to put my vehicle back in the condition I brought it in very disappointed and will never return and spread the word bad business

The headlights on my car were not operable. Everything else worked but the low beam headlights. I had never had the problem before and am the only owner of the car. I did troubleshoot the problem in the driveway. Checked all the fuses, relays, checked for power coming into the fuse box and everything checked out, but power was not getting to the headlights. I gave up and brought the car to an electrical specialist bc I felt my regular mechanic would take too long. I picked Andy’s Auto Electric bc of the positive reviews given. I received a call quickly with the diagnosis and was told the fuses for the low beams were missing and bulbs were burned out. Missing fuses but the headlights worked for 6 years and suddenly my fuses are missing. It doesn’t make sense. I paid nearly $500 for diagnosis, and replacement of 2 fuses plus 2 bulbs. I called the shop the day after paying/picking up my car and wanted to talk to the tech because I didn’t understand what they saw vs me in the driveway. Missing fuses? I got a runaround from the person on the phone, and promised a callback. No callback so I called the next day. I again voiced my concern and the defensiveness on their end of the phone came thru loud and clear. I was calling into question their credibility. Andy the owner came on and was incredulous with regards to my allegations of being treated unethically. We went around a few times with my concern of overpaying for something they came up with and he continued to question what motive would they have to falsify the work. I still don’t understand how fuses disappeared from the fuse box after operating so long and feel their work was misrepresented.

I was having problems with my 2001 f150 4.6l with it hesitating and throwing trouble code P0 320 which is the crankshaft position sensor or camshaft Position sensor code. I replaced both sensors and plugs and still eventually the code and hesitation came back so I took my truck to the Ford dealership in Prince George. They placed a EGR Valve pressure sensor on it and said my truck was fixed. Three days later the same code p0320 came up with the jerking, so I carried it back to the dealership.Their response was my truck is too old for their technicians to work on 😂. I came across Andy's Auto Electric shop and let me tell you, they are the best! His office staff is friendly and professional and Andy, what can I say about him? Nothing but the best! He put the Ford Dealership to shame!!!
