  Oil change,they check the air pressure in the tires on the first tie he stayed at it so long and I was wondering what was going on two other guys came by and looked at it and then finally the guy got up and said well man the vast them broke off I said well Sir it was nothing wrong with that vowed him before you touched it and he said I don't know just fell off do you have a spare tire so I said yes so they had to put the spare tire on and I told them don't touch my other three tires cuz I was very displeased with what it just happened so I had to get out of my car sit in the waiting room One of the employees was very very sick in the bathroom puking up for 10 minutes at least I had to listen to that so then when they completed me they didn't charge me for the oil change because they know that they had did something wrong and I had to take my car down to a universal tires to get them to plug my tie and they showed me that this they had never seen happen before it's like they jerked it out it's still a twisting it out and I went back to the manager which he was gone for the day and I left a picture of my receipt which I paid $77 for the valve stem to be put on I feel like I should be reimbursed I'm a very unhappy customer and I don't think I would ever go back there again

  Went on 5/14 to the Gander Drive location near Charlottesville. I can't say enough good things about the gentleman named Dean. He was calmly handling a demanding customer before we pulled in. That caused us to wait longer than normal. He was very apologetic and provided GREAT service. Professional, informative, and friendly. Valvolune, you have a real asset in Dean. I'll be back for all my family's oil changes.

  I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the thoroughness of the check of my vehicle and very efficient and fun oil change with Glenn, a singing mechanic and Noah, a very respectful, kind and caring attendant. Great experience!

  I come here everytime i need my oil changed. They do great checks! My only issue is they said my battery was very good then my battery fully died a week later so watch out for that. They have also been out of oil twice and when i was gonna get my tires rotated nobody there knew how. They offered me to come back another time for it though so it was okay. It is very quick and they are good about servicing who gets there first and redirecting into the quickest line. They also always have coupons and top off my fluids. Even got new windsheild wipers installed twice! Also one time there was something bent on the bottom of my car that was bothering me and they offered to hit it off without even having to ask.

  Consistently the best oil change experience I have ever had. I have always done my own work but recently realized it made sense to give a shop a try with my new Bronco. Their professionalism is off the charts. Solid SOPs and systems to ensure quality coupled with superior gentle customer service. Carlos and his crew are fantastic!!
