  Service got changed from 8-10 am to 8am-1 pm. Tech Matthew shows up at 1040. Wanted better roads for calibration and said he had 7 other jobs to do. We went 10 miles to a parking lot by better roads and on way to his next job.I thought he was all set and walked away. He texted 15 minutes later at 12 noon saying he had to leave because it was about to rain. No rain was in area and weather channel predicted possible rain in 5 hours. Clearly he was looking for an excuse to go to next job and wasted much of my day plus 2 hours of time to reschedule with another company. I will never use Safelite. They gave me a horrible experience.

  Highly recommend Ricky from Safelite. Nobody wants to work on Jaguars. I have to admit that I was worried. He replaced my windshield with an OEM one in record time, and all sensors and the front defroster work. Excellent!

  Absolute incompetent idiots. Drop my vehicle off to get a windshield replaced they told me it shouldn't take long but they would not call me till 4:00 p.m. I dropped it off at 9:00. They stated even if it was done they were not give a phone call until 4:00 despite them closing at 5:00 and me living 45 minutes away. I arrived at 4:00 to retrieve my car despite them not actually calling me. To my surprise it was actually completed. Though when I went to get my keys they could not find them, I dug through my unlocked car and found no keys. Thankfully I did not have anything important in my vehicle that could get stolen since they seem to not care if your vehicle is locked or unlocked. Not sure where the keys actually were but they magically appeared after a few minutes of searching. Would not bring my vehicle to them as I stated before they are incompetent idiots that do not care. I think I'll drive to Richmond next time

  Staff is very professional and attentive to your needs and well as getting the job done in a timely manner. They worked above and beyond to get my job done as I was on a time crunch for another appointment. Excellent precision to navigate both our schedules. Great customer service
