  Safelite did an excellent job with my windshield replacement. I was able to quickly get an appointment to have my replacement done at my home. The technician was outstanding, professional and courteous. He called in advance to let me know I was his second stop for the day. He called when he was on the way and called again when he arrived. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs a windshield repaired or replaced.

  I was amazed at how effortless this whole service call was from my insurance agent at Allstate to setting up the appointment and the technician who came and serviced the car ! Thanks Safelite

  Came in this past Saturday for a windshield replacement on my truck. Drop off was super simple. They were upfront on how long it could take and completed it within their estimate. The team really seemed to enjoy what they do and who they work alongside. Pick up was quick and easy. Came in at the end of the day as they were closing and was nice to see a group of happy people having a good time while they wrapped up. Its my 2nd time using this location and each time it been a good experience. Sometimes chains can seem less appealing than the local business you hear about as an alternative through word of mouth. This location knocks them out of the park and breaks away from those reservations. Give em a shot, its a good experience to follow up that rock that cracks your windshield 😅

  Keon was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, courteous, and incredibly kind. He took the time to thoroughly check my windshield and explain everything to me, and he could not have been nicer. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend!

  I highly do not recommend this Safelite for glass repairs. A tree branch fell on my wife's car and broke the rear quarter window and a hard plastic triangle piece that snaps on and overlaps the window. I sent picture of both pieces and Safelite parts specialists said they ordered the assembly. The first order was lost after two weeks. Second order that was supposedly expedited was lost after two weeks. The third order arrived without us knowing until the tech called on the way. Luckily my wife was working from home that morning (and had to get out of a meeting). They actually only then installed one of the pieces. The missing piece was never actually ordered. I called the insurance company and they said it finally got ordered and then the day it was supposed to arrive I called the insurance company because no one from Safelite was reaching out and then the manager called and started to blame me about collision vs comprehensive coverage when I asked why they didn't have the piece. I could not take any more so went to dealer to order it and it arrives in two days and I have to install it myself. Everything was a misstep with them the whole process (or lack of process). I can't believe this is an actual business. Also they use AI agents when you call the provided number which told me exactly what I could already read so that was a complete waste of time and insult. Zero stars if that was an option.
