  Saved my bacon! Saw a screw sticking out of my tire at 4 PM on a Saturday! I’ve got a 6 Hour drive tomorrow. I came in as a walk-in and they took care of me professionally. Jonathan and Christian handled my service. I got lucky my screw did not puncture the inside of the tire so it was a quick fix.

  Johnathon was an absolutey fantastic employee to talk to. He was very kind and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. His positivity made a flat tire seem not too bad.

  I went in October and I had a screw in my tirem it could not be plugged or patched it was too close to the edge so I had to buy a new tire The beginning of April I had to go back to them with the same tire had a screw in it My brand new tire. They could not patch it so they plugged it for me. I had to go back today April 28th my tire was leaking air. They found out it was the plug leaking air. They put a new plug in and didn't charge me a penny. I will go back to them again

  I would highly recommend NTB on Pantops. The service was fast and efficient. The staff is super kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jonathan helped me all throughout my experience at NTB, he is definitely attentive and was informative when it came to explaining what my car needed. 10/10 recommend

  First time going to NTB at the Long Street location, and I was very happy with their service. The ease in setting up an appointment and the excellent customer service received from that day, all the way up to the day of service, made me thankful I picked the right place. The service, staff and price were fantastic. After going through so many bad, overpriced mechanics at other repair shops in the past, I have now found my “go to place” for whenever I have any issues with my vehicles. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honesty and excellent care for their vehicles, at a great price.
