  I had a mis- communication in drop off vs a stay and wait appointment for my inspection- long story short- I dropped off at 7:30-8:00 with a 12-1:00 finish time……. - since the stay and wait appointments came first, and I did not have a ride…. I walked to barracks rd shopping center to find something to until the afternoon…. Not but an hour or so later I got a call that it was ready! What could have been a long, unplanned 4-5 hours turned into a 45-60 min cafe stay! I am grateful also for the gentleman (who worked there) that offered me a ride home.

  This has been our go-to service center for all our automotive needs since 2021. We found Finley’s after searching for an alternative to NTB, and we've never regretted switching. One of the things we appreciate most is that Finley’s actually lets you schedule a state inspection. Everywhere else is first-come, first-served, and NTB in particular is known for nitpicking minor issues just to upsell repairs. Finley’s isn’t like that. They perform honest inspections, let you know when something is starting to wear out, and give you fair, reasonable pricing if something truly needs to be fixed. That's been the case for us for years now. The staff here are always kind, professional, and easy to work with. We’ve never had a negative experience. The only hiccup we had was last year when they couldn’t get our crossover in for a tire and rotor replacement at the original appointment time. They were very apologetic, rescheduled us for the next day, and got everything done without issue. Overall, this is a great shop with trustworthy people, and we have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for maintenance or repairs, especially not NTB.

  I haven’t had a car experience this good in a decade! They were wonderful! If you need anything done with your car, don’t go anywhere else. Best price, nicest people and my car is running better than it has in years. Thank you Mark Finley and associates!! You have my business for life!
