He was knowledgeable, efficient, and exceptionally polite. He is new with Enterprise, but we would not have known that if he hadn't shared that with us. He made the process smooth and easy. Thanks Andrew!
- MSMike SAug 16, 20261.0My wife’s car windshield broke during a storm and our insurance said that worked with Enterprise. I called Enterprise and they told me that they had a midsize SUV available and I could come by at 11 AM. On our way over Sunday morning, I get a call and someone from enterprise tells me that they don’t have a car available. He didn’t even apologize about the issue and just kept repeating “I don’t have any cars” as though I’m supposed to be totally fine with it. He said they could give me one on Monday, but I am leaving to go out of state Monday morning so now we’ve got to find another way to get a car for my wife to drive until the car can be fixed. I would not trust Enterprise because they don’t keep their promises.
