  I had to get a ride from the shop where I had my car placed for a repairs in enterprise pick me up. The driver was very well mannered be sure that I did not have any questions about the car and when I brought the car back finding out was very easy. .

  WORST ENTERPRISE YOU COULD EVER GO TOO. Mike, had an Attitude from the start & rude. I had booked a reservation that was booked for a week, 6/5 we go there and pick it up. First, they never called us to let us know they didn’t even have our vehicle there that we were renting, secondly, they told me over the phone that we could use debit and credit cards- I spoke with the manager when I called there. Now they don’t have any vehicles for 8-9 passengers UNLESS you use a credit card , which is BS because that’s not what they told me. Worst place, DONT RENT HERE

  I could not be more pleased with my rental from this Enterprise. I needed to drive to Wisconsin to visit my ailing mother in law. She is in a wheelchair, so we needed an SUV that was low to the ground. When I went to pick it up, there was not one available (they only had a jeep that was too tall). However, Mike (the manager) said not to worry. He arranged a beautiful Nissan Rogue for me and it was ready within minutes. Freshly cleaned and checked. I'm so glad that I rented this vehicle b/c we hit some SERIOUSLY treacherous weather...crazy, sideways rain and wind that made it impossible to see. We felt so safe knowing that we were in a new car that could handle the terrible conditions. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the politeness and courtesy of the team and the efficiency. I am a committed ENTERPRISE customer. I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years and will continue to choose them first for ALL my rental car needs in the future. Thank you, Mike! You're a wonderful leader and an even better person! DJ

  There’s a lot to unpack with the last experience I had with the Pantops Enterprise. First let me say the manager was helpful and very nice! Now it’s been said you are only as good as the people that represent you. If I had to be represented by some of those clowns in that office I would find a new job or FIRE them. The one I had my unfortunate experience with seems to have no customer service experience at all, he will describe others as rude I guess he doesn’t realize he is rude, dismissive, will laugh while your talking and when he doesn’t want to deal with the issue any longer he hangs up! He even seemed upset at the managers decision to try and make things right for me. If you deal with this branch make sure you cover yourself. Take pictures of the gas gauge before and after use and ask ask ask questions about your charges before leaving. Make sure you look over your receipt carefully after as well. If you are doing an insurance rental as I did DO NOT let them choose a large vehicle for you. Choose your own and go small if you can so you don’t run out of rental. Repair shops are unpredictable and so is part ordering. Who knows when your car will be ready!
