  Very Good technicians, and gave me amazing service! Offered amazing discounts via coupons, and provided absolute clarity for my service. Met this guy Anthony, and had taken the best care (oil change, rare differential and transfer case fluid replacements). Extremely satisfied with the service!

  In the past I've always been happy with Valvoline but this time was terrible! The customer service was terrible, rude unfriendly young workers, sarcastic replies to every question I asked. They no longer accept any coupons & they force you to do the most expensive oil change (full synthetic) without any other options! I've always been able to choose the lower priced synthetic blend option (and use Groupon coupons) both here & at other Valvoline locations with absolutely no problems in the past - including just a couple months ago for my last oil change (at the Fairfax location). When I asked about these changes I was told they went from Corporate ownership to a franchise and their policies have changed. The bad unfriendly attitudes, sarcastic replies & conversations/rude comments between themselves that they thought I couldn't hear made me feel uncomfortable, unwanted & made it very clear that they couldn't care less about keeping business! I've been to this location many times before because I work nearby & it was convenient, affordable & always friendly but needless to say I will NOT be going back!

  I have been a loyal Valvoline customer for more than 7 or 8 years and have used your services regularly. After my previous oil change, I noticed oil leaking almost immediately. I returned to the shop within a day or two to have it checked. At that time, I was told that the oil level was fine and that the leak was likely due to residual oil left around the oil pan during the service. Based on that explanation, I drove the car home. This vehicle is my second car, so it is not driven very often. Later, when I brought the vehicle to a Hyundai dealer for service, the technicians discovered that the oil pan was cracked. I was informed that the oil pan needed to be replaced, resulting in a repair bill of more than $700. Given that the leak started immediately after the oil change service and that I brought the vehicle back to Valvoline right away, I am very concerned that the damage may have been related to the oil change procedure, such as excessive torque applied to the drain plug area. While I cannot determine the exact cause myself, the timing of the leak and the subsequent discovery of the cracked oil pan raise serious concerns. I am disappointed because I have been a long-time customer and trusted Valvoline with the maintenance of my vehicles. I would appreciate a review of my service records and consideration of reimbursement or assistance with the repair costs.
