  I recently had an exceptional experience at Infiniti in Chantilly service department, thanks to my service advisor, Terry and his service team. My car had an issue where it wouldn't start, due to BCM communication issue but The service team pinpointed the problem and offered the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Their speed and communication at every step were commendable. Their professionalism and expertise are unparalleled. Highly recommended!

  Sheehy Infiniti service department is fantastic! Their service advisors are friendly and professional. Their shop foreman is top notch and the service director is second to none. I would highly recommend bringing your Infiniti here for parts and service. You don't find the kind of personal service and attention to detail in most dealerships that they can provide.
