  I can 100% say that IMA Motorwerke is one of the most Skilled and honest repair shops I have ever dealt with. 🙌 Thanks to Mr. Chris prack, Arzola, Ivan and Team.💯 Before bringing my Car here, I was honestly starting to lose hope due to recurring mechanical headaches and the steep costs usually associated with maintaining(Im a Student though😅, & its BMW😎 ) . Finding a team with this level of expertise, transparency, and genuine integrity completely turned that around. ​I brought my car in dealing with persistent, hard-to-pinpoint "ghost" timing issues and a charging system failure. While many shops would take advantage of complex timing symptoms to push for complete, unnecessary system overhauls, the team at IMA Motorwerke took a precise, diagnostic-first approach. They pinpointed the exact timing issue with incredible accuracy, resolved it without inflating the scope of work, and ensured my electrical system was sorted so I could get home safely. ​Their technical skills are top-notch, their pricing is remarkably fair, and their customer-first mindset is rare in this industry.   I don't usually leave reviews but IMA Motorwerke deserves one! Professional staff that know what they are doing and are very polite and friendly, Both Ivan and Ivan Jr. were very personable and fun to converse with. they are extremely transparent and honest, provided me with a price quote over the phone without wasting my time or forcing me to go to the shop first, at no point did they try to sell me other services or extras which was a first in this line of work! Their pricing is fair and reasonable and the service they provide is fast and immaculate. In short if you own a Porsche or a high-end German car this is THE place.

  IMA took excellent care of my 944. Fixed so many tiny little things as well as many larger items (new clutch, timing belt...etc...). They guarantee their work and stand by that guarantee no problem. Fair priced, Chris explained anything I asked he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly he knows Porsche inside and out. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the area. A treat to work with A+!

  My scheduled maintenance and visit at IMA was excellent. The staff was super friendly, displayed a wealth of knowledge, the shop was nice and clean, and the work performed was superb. I highly recommend IMA as your selected service provider for you exotic car for sure.

  I had to wait a few days before my appt, but Chris got my BMW 2 series in at least one week or two before anyone else could. He got my car inside the shop when hail threatened and finished the work in one day and on budget. IMA was the same price as another well-regarded private shop in the area, so I know they're price competitive. I'll come here again.
