  I have rented twice from this location, most recently, Obe was the agent helping me out. He made the whole experience seamless as possible with a professional attitude and awesome customer service experience. From start to finish he made sure I checked in and check out after dropping off the car with the least amount of waiting time. Got the paperwork processed and provide me exact SUV to match my car that was being repaired. I would highly recommend this location and if you get Obe as your agent or his colleagues, you know you are in good hands here.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Enterprise location, all thanks to Obe! I came in right around closing time needing to downgrade my rental to a more efficient vehicle, but I really hoped to find one with Apple CarPlay. Even though it was already the end of his shift, Obe was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He didn’t rush me at all and successfully helped me switch into a great car with CarPlay. What impressed me even more was that after helping me, he stayed late to assist another customer who arrived after me.🙏 Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Obe who goes above and beyond for customers. I feel very fortunate to have met him on Tuesday July 14th. Highly recommend this location and ask for Obe if you can! 5 stars！！！🫶

  Very dissatisfied. Was given a vehicle that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the radio is malfunctioning due to an antenna that was not on the vehicle it had been removed. Was told if I wanted another vehicle I would have to pay for it because they didn't have any more available F-150s they only had a class above a pickup truck and I would have to pay for it. There were multiple issues with the vehicle, malfunctioning side sensing mirrors, malfunctioning radio, and very difficult to see out of

  Obi was so helpful In making this rental an easy experience! We were dealing with our insurance since it was an accident, and he helped us through every step of the way! This is our third or fourth time using enterprise for personal and professional use
