  Very dissatisfied. Was given a vehicle that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the radio is malfunctioning due to an antenna that was not on the vehicle it had been removed. Was told if I wanted another vehicle I would have to pay for it because they didn't have any more available F-150s they only had a class above a pickup truck and I would have to pay for it. There were multiple issues with the vehicle, malfunctioning side sensing mirrors, malfunctioning radio, and very difficult to see out of

  Obi was so helpful In making this rental an easy experience! We were dealing with our insurance since it was an accident, and he helped us through every step of the way! This is our third or fourth time using enterprise for personal and professional use

  I was overcharged it seemed as though the employees had been taking kickbacks from several area restaurants and also despite having taken photos of damages and discussing the fact that the oil change light is on they still refuse to release the deposit even though there were no further damages to the vehicle it seemed as though they were trying to take me with the bandages because somebody else had borrowed the car for them to get free food and coffee while they were at work my insurance has stated it was only going to be $50 deposit and they charged me $100 deposit and then lied about where the damages came from just scratches and the oil change
