  I was very disappointed with the condition of the 2025 Toyota Corolla I received. Although it is a newer model, it drove like a vehicle that was over 15 years old. The ride quality was poor, the car did not run smoothly, and the overall driving experience was far below my expectations. I expected a 2025 model to be in excellent mechanical condition, but this vehicle felt worn and poorly maintained. I hope Enterprise inspects and services this car so future customers have a better experience.

  I am very happy with this enterprise location. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Transaction went smooth. I give them five out of five stars.

  I came to this Enterprise because the other I had rented a car from gave me a car that had traction issues. I didn’t feel safe driving the car as it had pulled and sliding all the way on the Fairfax County Parkway. I called this Enterprise and they said they had a car for me. Unfortunately they did not have any SUVs are cars or economy or compact cars for me that I needed and wanted for my long travel. That is why they get a 4 and not a 5. They seemed they had a lot of cars but they said they could not give them to me as they might runout for their other reservations… Even though I was there first. They were able to give me a perkless, old, dented/scratched sedan from them for my drive the next day. This Enterprise felt bad though for all I had been through though and gave me a full tank of gas to compensate which was nice of them. They also said I could drop it off at the other Enterprise when I was done using it as that is the one near my car repair shop. Overall they were very flexible, kind and helpful. I just wish I had and/or was given more car choices.
