  As the Service Manager of Caseys Automotive, I cannot recommend the Carquest team in Chantilly, Virginia enough. They have been a primary vendor for our business for years, and their service is unmatched. Dave and Janice are absolutely outstanding. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Between their prompt, efficient delivery service and a massive warehouse network that quickly tracks down any part we need, they keep our daily operations running smoothly.   We are a licensed automotive dealership and service center, and all we were trying to do was order a simple part. I spoke with Janice, who instructed us to come to the Chantilly location and pay for the part upfront. We were quoted $370, so I sent my assistant to the store specifically to place the order and make payment. Once my assistant arrived, everything suddenly changed. We were told it would take two weeks just to set up an account, despite the fact that we already have an active commercial account with another Carquest location. To make matters even worse, Janice decides not to respond or explain why this was now said after the fact! Janice was in the background talking as im talk to another person who DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING? The price of the part suddenly increased from $370 to $570 with no reasonable explanation. This was a complete waste of our time and showed a total lack of professionalism and communication. If we had been told the correct process and pricing from the beginning, we would have never made the trip. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND SHADY PRACTICE! Based on our experience, the pricing, communication, and customer service were inconsistent and misleading. If you're a repair shop or dealership expecting professional treatment, you may want to think twice before doing business here. We will be taking our business to another supplier that values honesty, transparency, and its commercial customers.
