  Be aware of delivery charges, even if you're picking up at the store, Amazon or rock auto.com seems to be a better option, as you can order the same products without having to pay delivery fees. Certainly there are amounts to met, but if you have to order it, chances are you meet that criteria.

  Worst customer service by John. I stopped because i was in the area, but will never come back. I own a towing business and have been to several other stores to buy oil and filters, never have been treated like this.

  Easy to rent tools. They are technically free to rent but you do have to pay the full price for what the tool would cost new then have your money returned to your card when you bring it back. It may take a few days for the credit to return. The 2 tools I rented cost $345 on my card. Good thing I had enough credit on it. The tools are pretty beat up sometimes so take a photo of it at the counter before you leave so you won’t get blamed for damaging it.

  Extremely helpful! Tested the 12 V battery in my hybrid when other shops said they wouldn't, answered all my questions and didn't push a sale when I didn't need a product. Much appreciated, and will return.
