  Brian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me with a seat belt issue. I was having trouble getting the seat belt lock released, and Brian took the time to help me out and even brought the proper tool to get it resolved. He did it completely free of charge and was very kind and professional throughout. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help. People like Brian make a big difference. Highly recommend him!

  5/5 Stars – I cannot thank Brian at AutoZone in South Riding, Virginia enough for his incredible help today! I came in completely stressed out with a major electrical issue on my car and couldn't find the exact factory fuse I needed on the shelves. Instead of just sending me away, Brian went above and beyond—he researched the issue, found a similar compatible fuse that would work safely, and gave me invaluable technical information. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He even pointed out a separate mechanical problem, letting me know that my muffler sounded clogged, and I will absolutely be getting that replaced soon under his advice. He made sure my battery block was fully tightened down, checked my installation, and assured me I was good to go. Sure enough, my car is running perfectly now. Brian is a lifesaver and an absolute asset to the South Riding AutoZone team!

  Brian and the store manager were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to help me with my battery change today and were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly while still getting me taken care of quickly. Their customer service and willingness to help were truly exceptional. This was by far the best AutoZone experience I’ve ever had. If you need help with your car, go see them, you’ll be in great hands! -Jackie

  David was the best experience I've ever had at an Autozone by far, if I could give more than 5 I absolutely would, he recommended me the best battery for my car and had it changed out for me for free in less than 10 minutes. He also added a slight discount when I mentioned my budget was a little tight this month! If the management here sees this review please commend your staff he was the best most personable knowledgeable person I've worked with at an Autozone! 11/10

  Would not recommend this location. The staff are not helpful at all. I’ve had to stand at the counter while the staff are looking at their phones or chit chatting. Never once has anyone offered to help while I wonder around looking for a part or carry my battery in to replace it. Every. Single. Time. I call to check if they perform a certain service or if they have a part in stock I get “Autozone, please hold”. No one ever comes back. I’ve waited on hold for 15 minutes just to see if I’m being absurd but no one returned to the call. I’d say they’re busy helping other customers but as previously mentioned, no one is ever in the store and employees are just sitting around. The last straw was when I ordered a part online for pickup (since that seemed the most foolproof way to get what I needed quickly) and received a “your order is ready” email. Drove to the shop and (after being told he had just put my order on the shelf but couldn’t find it) told me that “oh yeah, we don’t have it. We’ll have to refund you” I’ll never go back to this location. It’s not worth my time and apparently I’m not worth theirs.
