  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone today. I came in because my vehicle has been experiencing a leak, and I simply wanted a diagnostic check to see if anything obvious could be identified before taking my car to a mechanic. From the moment I asked an older employee for assistance, I felt dismissed and spoken to very rudely. I explained that I was asking for a diagnostic, not for anyone to repair my car, but I was still told, “I don’t fix cars. We don’t fix cars,” in a very disrespectful tone. I was then told to move aside while the employee proceeded to help customers who came in after me. I waited for quite some time and felt completely ignored. Thankfully, another employee named George eventually came over and asked if I had been helped. George was initially very friendly and was providing good customer service to the other customers as well. He eventually brought the diagnostic equipment outside and assisted me with connecting it to my vehicle. Unfortunately, even during the diagnostic, I felt extremely uncomfortable because of the way I was spoken to. When I explained that I had never performed a diagnostic before and didn't know how the equipment worked, I was met with a condescending comment about how some people “only know how to drive a car.” When I asked questions about the results and whether I should take my vehicle to a mechanic because of the leak, I repeatedly received, “I don’t know,” rather than any helpful explanation. What bothered me most was the noticeable difference in how I felt I was being treated compared with the other customers. I am a Black woman, and I eventually expressed that I felt singled out because of this. Instead of addressing my concern, the employee repeatedly responded, “So I’m white? I’m white?” This made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. I ultimately left without getting the help I came into the store for. I have been a loyal AutoZone customer and have purchased batteries, coolant, and other vehicle supplies from AutoZone many times. I should not have to feel uncomfortable or belittled when simply asking for assistance. I do want to acknowledge George because he was the only employee who initially approached me to make sure I had been helped, and I appreciated that effort. Unfortunately, the overall experience was still extremely negative, and I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope AutoZone management takes this review seriously and addresses the customer service issues at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect regardless of who they are. If I could rate this auto-zone a zero I would. As a young female coming in looking for help this was beyond pitiful. Please beware if you’re a woman of color, young, and confuse. They will not treat you with any respect or well. Overall won’t be spending my money at this location anymore. Thanks to George and the older Asian gentleman who told me they don’t fix cars. Which obviously auto-zone isn’t a mechanic shop. If they were they would value a costumer and know they aren’t asking for free service. I just wanted to order parts from auto-zone. The worst part, I didn’t even receive a name introduction from George or the older Asian man. Just now finding out from the review section . Overall horrible experience. (0/10)

  A great AutoZone location! I called ahead to double-check that they had the anti-freeze color that I needed and they were quick to answer the phone and confirm that they had it in stock. When I showed up they had five different people working, one of which was free to point me in the right direction. When I found it and brought it back they double-checked that I had the right color for my vehicle and checked me out super quick. I think I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, which is exactly what I want! Definitely would stop at this location again.

  Thank you so much to George for his fantastic customer service today. He truly went above and beyond in helping me run a battery diagnostic and replace an old car battery. Efficient and top notch service!

  Leaving a 5 star review because this place deserves it , my cars battery died on me in the parking lot near the Chick-fil-A, and an Older white gentleman who works here helped me out , just know I walked in ask for a Jump and he walked across the parking lot and helped me out , also replaced my battery on my Toyota in the parking lot in these 90+ degree heat , I greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
