  My service technician Mike was very helpful and informed me of the future services needed to keep my VW Passat running well for the future. It was refreshing to have a service technician who took the time to explain what he was doing and show me. Upon entering the shop for service, Julian in the office explained the service they provided and was true to word of how they would take care of the car and did. Five ⭐️’s

  Had a bad experience and had to come to this Valvoline. Experience was great. Ricky and Hayes were awesome. Kash was great to work with. Everyone helped undo the bad experience I just had and got me in and out. 11/10 would go again.

  I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They changed my oil and air filter efficiently, but what really stood out was the time they took to educate me about my vehicle and explain their recommendations without any pressure. I appreciated their honesty and fairness—they clearly explained what maintenance was needed, answered all of my questions, and treated me with respect. It's refreshing to find a service team that values transparency and customer education as much as quality work. I left feeling confident that my car was well cared for and that I was charged fairly for the services provided.   I've never done a drive through oil change before but now I can go back! I had Ty assist me, he was such a great help and very professional. For starters, I learned just how many systems and parts are checked during an oil change. Every step of the way they show you the results of a test or the part itself. For instance, when they showed me the engine filter, I saw the whole process. There was no doubt that it was mine and I know it was not tampered with before hand. The process was smooth and fast. Additionally, when giving recommendation for my next service, Ty was not pushy in any capacity. He simply explained the preventative maitance and provided me a printed list for future refrence. If you've ever been a bit skeptical your previous mechanic, I highly recommend you try this service.

  I would strongly caution anyone against using this Valvoline location. I brought my 17-year-old daughter’s 2014 BMW X1 in for a routine oil change. Within days, we noticed oil leaking onto our driveway every morning. An independent repair shop inspected the vehicle, documented the damage with photos and video, and advised us to return to Valvoline because the leak appeared to have been caused during the oil change. The manager reviewed the evidence and acknowledged that a mistake had been made. However, despite multiple return visits and repeated promises to fix the issue, the oil leak continued. At one point, my daughter was driving on the highway when the car began shaking and lost power, forcing her to pull over. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation. What should have been a simple oil change turned into weeks of inconvenience, safety concerns, and a vehicle that still was not properly repaired after several attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of this situation.
