  I came in to get a new battery and Mike McMath was extremely professional and shared other items I needed addressed. No pushing and was up front with what needs to be done and what could wait. I appreciated that.

  Great service with the management. I appreciate the service. I’ve been coming to Valvoline for a few years now and I almost stopped due to the lack of care under the previous management but the new manager kept me from taking my service elsewhere

  This was my second time getting my oil changed at Valvoline, and once again I had a great experience! Hayes was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She explained what she was doing every step of the way in a way that was easy for me to understand, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Everyone I’ve encountered at this location has been very pleasant and welcoming. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Hayes and the entire Valvoline team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This was my second time using this place. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, they broke my hubcaps. That isn’t a big deal considering they were old, but what upset me was that they did not tell me about it and let me drive away. When I noticed it later that night I was upset and brought it back the next day. They checked their cameras, admitted they broke it, apologized and then replaced them. I was happy with that. So I decided to give them another chance. I brought in my wife’s car to get the tires replaced, balanced, and an alignment. I bought the tires and had them shipped to the store after they quoted me a fair price on the work. They scheduled me an appointment and I was to drop off the car 8am sharp on Tuesday and it was supposed to be done by the afternoon. I asked if they could do an oil change as well and he wrote it down and said he would call me. (I figured with a quote since he did not give me a price). I get a call around 4pm (at that point I had forgotten I asked about an oil change) about them trying to “put out fires” and they ask if they can finish my car in the morning. I agree after Pat promised to call me first thing. I was a little reticent because I had an important work meeting at 12:00 and my wife needed her car for an appointment at 2pm. First thing in the morning rolls around, no call. 9am, no call. 10am, no call. I call them at 11am and they tell me the car is on a test drive and they will call me in 20min. I’m thinking fine, as long as it is done by then I can still make my meeting. 20min pass, no call. I wait 10min more and this time I go down there and they say, I was just about to call. Ok, fine. It’s now almost 11:45 and I’m trying to check out and they are telling me about suggested services (I get it…you got to make money). Then they show me the bill and I see the oil change was $110. I’m quite a bit perturbed as they did not run the cost by me, but I’m late and I just want to pay the bill and go. The new guy who was running the cash register, bless his heart, was struggling to get me out of there. More then 10minutes goes by with him trying to work the computer, print the invoice, and run my credit card. Having the $110 charge staring at me while watching the clock and knowing the meeting I must be at is starting, I lose my temper. It was not my best moment, but they had my wife’s car for 28 hours after having me drop it off first thing on Tuesday so they could get to it right away. This is a job that should take a few hours tops. Then they charge me $110 without running the cost by me. They latter part only really upsets me because as a result of missing my meeting, I lost out on $125 at work. That really upsets me because that is like an added cost to the car. To be fair, everyone there is nice and respectful. Personally, I really like Anna, and Pat and even the new guy (lord forgive me for forgetting his name). I would grab a lunch with Anna or Pat anytime and shoot the breeze. This is what bothers me about losing my temper at them. I feel sorry about that. And they do good work. But communication is important and my time is valuable. It can’t be wasted. I have a schedule I have to keep and if I can’t keep my schedule, that’s money to me. It just felt like they were taking advantage of my time. If you want a decent price, generally good work, and nice people and that’s all, this is a good spot. But if time is important for you and you need to keep a schedule and have clear communication, this is not the place.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Valvoline. The service was much more expensive than expected, and although I was told the oil change would take only 10–15 minutes, I ended up waiting for more than an hour. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s lack of professionalism. While customers were waiting, the employees were busy chatting with each other, laughing loudly, and carrying on as if there were no customers waiting for service. Ricky their supervisor , in particular, was especially unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. I regret coming here and do not feel that the service was worth the price or the wait. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from Valvoline. I will not be returning.
