  In my experience; the State safety inspection site guy was unprofessional. But other side where oil and filter were changed technicians were highly professional, calm and knowledgeable.

  ASK FOR JULIAN. You will not regret it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He provided me with the best service and guidance on what i came in for along with i was in an out. (Less than 10 mins) thanks again!!

  Hayes made this the best experience I've ever had with getting my car serviced...ever. She's very knowledgeable - not just regarding auto maintenance; but all of the auto's features. She taught me 3 or more things I had no idea on "how to do" ..., and a few features I had no idea about. (I've had my car over 2 years and had no idea how to do so many things). I appreciate Hayes attention to detail. I also appreciate she did not try to "up-sell" or sell anything to me I didn't need. I need some other work on my car - new tires, alignment, overall check-up - I plan to do that with your company. I hope all of your employees in all of the various departments are as good as Hayes.   Hello, my name is Mohammad Naim Musafer . I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. After being advised to return to the body shop as soon as possible to have my vehicle’s air conditioning repaired, I visited the location the following day. Unfortunately, not only was the issue not resolved, but I was also treated poorly by the staff. I felt ignored during my visit, particularly by a manager whose name I was unable to obtain. I was also provided with a contact number, which I called, but my concerns were not addressed. Although I was told that someone would follow up with me to resolve the issue, I never received a return call. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel that my time and money were not respected, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this repair shop to others, as I would not want anyone else to go through a similar situati

  my friend brought his car in because the air conditioning was only blowing hot air. The vehicle was kept in the shop for about 40 hours, and I was initially quoted $291 for the repair. When he returned to pick up my car, he was told the issue had been fixed and that the AC was now blowing cold air. However, when he went to pay, the total came out to $254 instead of the quoted $291. When I asked about the price difference, he was told everything was fine, so I proceeded with the payment. After paying, he started my car and immediately noticed that the AC was still blowing hot air—the original issue had not been resolved. At that point, he was told there was a leak causing the problem, something that had never been mentioned to him before. he was previously assured that the AC was working properly. This experience was extremely frustrating. he was charged $250 despite the issue not being fixed, and he received my car in the same condition as when I brought it in. The staff did not make any effort to resolve the situation or offer a solution. Overall, he feels misled and dissatisfied, as I paid for a service that was not completed. escalating to business of bureau service of car is 2012 toyato corolla black date of service was march 26-2026 5 pm
