  First time taking my vehicle to jiffy lube in over 7 years… and they beat all of my expectations. The manager even got his hands dirty to keep the guys from being swamped. They were quick and efficient and I will absolutely be back for all my services going forward. 10/10 guy!

  Why I think this Jiffy Lube in this location has great customer service and experienced mechanics… well, because they are lead by the friendly and knowledgeable store manager, Darious Russell. Thank you for your great customer service and great work, gentlemen. I appreciate all of you.

  The manager here is a crook. Stay away from this shop. The manager is dishonest and tried to scam us. He falsely claimed our tire was a run-flat to justify charging $100 for a service that normally costs around $40. When we proved it wasn’t a run-flat, he didn’t take responsibility and instead said we “agreed to the price.” That’s not an excuse to mislead customers. Then he offered store credit as if we’d ever come back after being treated like that. No integrity, no accountability—avoid this place.   My friend was charged extra under the claim that the vehicle had a run-flat tire, which was not accurate. When we questioned this, the manager did not address the mistake and instead responded that we had already agreed to the price before service. That does not justify charging for something that was misrepresented. The situation became more concerning when we requested a refund. Initially, we were told that refunds to the original payment method were not possible and that only store credit ($60) could be issued due to “policy.” However, just a few hours later, we received a call stating that a refund to the original payment method was possible. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated

  I went to Jiffy Lube for a tire issue and was told my tire was a “run-flat,” which they used to justify charging me an extra $100. After double-checking the tire myself, it is clearly not a run-flat (no RFT/SSR/ZP markings). This feels misleading and dishonest. Customers rely on accurate information, especially when it comes to safety and pricing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Scammers lying to customer to get make extra money.
