    I had a small snafu with my rental however it was promptly taken care of by Eric, the branch manager. Overall a good experience with this location.

    The staff was amazing and gave me another rental option. However the premium SUV that I booked months in advance was not available. My party had to take a second vehicle to make our trip . I was flexible and made the vehicle they gave me work but this situation isn’t really acceptable. I expect to receive the type of vehicle and the category requested.

    They don’t have good customer service so you should asked them a detailed explanation on paper or email that what you agreed before you take the car.But do not expect them to solve your problem the employees, don’t want to help customers.They just do to benefit them

    I made the reservation with plenty of time to spare. When we got there, only one person was helping the customers. I understand this poor man was doing what he could, but they need more people. As for the car availability, I understand things happen, but they need to give you a heads-up when you make reservations. They called me with only 1 hour and 30 minutes notice.
