  I had another great experience with NTB Tire & Service Centers today, and I’m so grateful for their consistency and care. I was on my way to a meeting about 45 minutes away when, within five minutes of driving, my car alerted me that my tire pressure was dropping fast. I immediately knew something wasn’t right. Without hesitation, I turned around and headed straight to NTB because they had taken such good care of me about six months ago when I had a tire issue and needed replacements. Once again, they did not disappoint. The team quickly assessed the situation, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and kindness. They handled everything with precision and care, and there was no charge for the repair. It’s such a relief to have a place I can trust, especially when something unexpected happens. I’m incredibly thankful they’re so close to home. Highly recommend!

  I had a very unpleasant and unfriendly experience here. I had scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and wheel alignment at 8:00 AM and had received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived, the shop informed me that service would not be available until 9:30 AM, with the vehicle ready for pickup around 11:00 AM. I feel that if that were the case, they should have either scheduled my appointment for 9:30 AM in the first place or notified me beforehand that service was unavailable at 8:00 AM. There wasn't even the slightest apology for wasting my time.

  I’m a huge car guy and I normally do all of my own maintenance, but I had an emergency flat last week and had to come here to get it handled quickly. Since my vehicle is AWD, tire tread matching is important. They installed the new tire, but didn’t bother rotating it to the front of the vehicle where it would have made more sense to reduce tread difference issues. Instead, they immediately tried to sell me on buying additional tires rather than being upfront and offering a proper solution. On top of that, I was charged $270 for a single tire and service, which is extremely overpriced. A local shop could have sold me two tires for $350 and rotated them correctly. Overall, These guys have no clue what they're doing , this is a money grab in Northern Virginia, don't expect honest service. I won’t be coming back.
