  Reported obviously false diagnostics of my brakes (rear rotors are shiny and new at only 10000 miles) . And didn't reset the computer for the requested oil change

  Diego and the manager(who i forgot to get his name)(and has been for a week straight) is absolutely amazing. They were quick and most importantly honest. Now, tire shops main gain is the surrounding areas. There is plenty shops and stores nearby to eat and shop. Get your hair or nails done. Get coffee etc. I personally live a little further away from this Mr tire but I will try my best to come back here for tire changes and repairs. However, I hope I dont need to come by anytime soon lol However the manager and Diego being quick, even though he was the only tech makes the pain of tire changing and repair easier. 5+ stars. Give them both a raise. You got good workers on a Sunday.

  This Mr Tire has become our go to service provider. With 2 cars, one 2007 and other 2010, it's not worth the expense of dealerships anymore. We've saved a lot of $, travel time, and scheduling by using Mr Tire.

  I had a tire patched here - that was no problem. Quick and easy. The low rating comes from competence. The tire that got patched was my rear right tire. A recent tire rotation had it moved to the front right of my truck. I felt a sudden change in my steering wheel and called them to confirm if they balanced the wheel. They said they did - but this was not the case. I took it to another shop with a Hunter Road Force balancer and confirmed it was way over in weights where the tech came out with a handful of them that he had to remove to balance the wheel. Dishonest service. Will never go to a Mr tire again.

  Came in with a simple nail in my tire. The guy at the front told me the price was 15 and some cents. besides having an attitude, when it was time to pay and he handed me the keys i ended up being charged $59.77 ! How is it possible? He told me that he didn’t changed the price and that i misheard him Even if I misheard him, how is it possible to charge $59,77 for a nail removal? Every other shop in the area charges $15–$30 MAX for the same job. I payed and left because i was in a rush to be somewhere, this is price gouging, plain and simple. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
