  Terrible experience. Bad costumer service, the guy in the front desk doesn’t convey information to what is needs to be done how they will do it, it feels like every question and situation annoyed him despite of scheduling appointment and giving all my info. Didn’t even called me or notified me when the service was done. 1 h plus for a patch $60 and when I arrive I was the only costumer. Atrocious

  Called and asked how much a wheel alignment cost ... took me VW in and it cost significantly more ... they said mt VW Tiguan was an exotic. REALLY!!!

  I made an appointment by phone. 10:30 AM on a Sunday. Got there and the guy told me that so many appointments have just come in and the last 30 minutes that if I Waited for it it would be many hours. So I kindly said I live five minutes away, so he suggested that he would call when they were ready to take my car. Called me at 2:00 And said they were ready for my car. I get there five minutes later and wait over an hour and a half. Mind you the service I’m getting done is to plug a hole in a tire where there was a screw. 20 minutes max correct??? I asked about price when I called to make the appointment. “Starts at $30”. I’m thinking ok. It’s in the dead. Enter. Perfectceasy repair spot. Should be simple. It’s finally ready and they charged me $60 where everywhere else around Burke is either $30 or $40 max!!!! Never in my life will I go back there or suggest anyone else to do so. I’ve been ROBBED!!!!
