Excellent help from Riaz! After my mother wrecked her car, she needed a loaner that wasn't overpowering. Riaz helped us add me as a driver on the loaner, and we were ready to go ... but the SUV we wanted wasn't on the lot. He promised to find one and call me the next morning, and lived up to his word! I tried to call when they opened, but he was already calling me with news that the SUV we needed was on the lot. Two hours later, he sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to get the car. It's a great model that suits us well - worth the effort Riaz put in to make sure we can get around. Excellent service and follow through.

The positives of this place is that they have a good person/car pick-up/drop off relationship with nearby car repair shops. They also work smoothly with insurances. One huge negative is the office wait time. It took 1-1.5hrs for me to get the car even though I had an appointment. I understand that it was the day before the 4th of July weekend but they only had one person in the office. Another big negative is the availability and quality of their cars. I had asked for a certain type of car and was told that it would be there but it was not and I hadn’t been informed otherwise. I had even postponed my care repair expecting the car and was disappointed I couldn’t. It took me about yr 30 minutes to figure out what of the remaining cars I could feel comfortable with as they had no economy, compact or comfort cars and the SUVs they had I was not used to. We finally found one I thought was right but writhing 5 minutes of driving it, it had traction issues so much so I had to exchange it for another at another Enterprise within 30minutes. I didn’t feel safe enough to drive it back. I understand new cars have autocorrect steering etc but this was beyond this. It kept pulling and sliding all over the Fairfax County Parkway so I knew I definitely could and would not drive it on my long drive down 95 South. So I found the closest Enterprise from there. That Enterprise did not have any SUVs are cars I needed for my travel so I had to get a perkless, old, dented/scratched sedan from them for my drive the next day. That Enterprise felt bad enough they gave me a full tank of gas to compensate which was nice of them. This Enterprise has a new site manager so hopefully it will make improvements as I will probably have to use it when I use that repair shop again. The workers were kind but the wait and car choice, availability and quality cause me to give it a 3z

All of the cars at the airport location were taken so I booked a car with this Enterprise in Burke.. After my flight was delayed twice, and my flight landed later than planned, I called them from my Uber to inform them that I would be arriving roughly 15 minutes after 6PM when they are scheduled to close. After multiple attempts to call they finally decided to stop ignoring the phone and they picked up. I was informed that they were out of cars, despite my reservation...BUT, I was told, they could give me, a 6'5" man, a small economy car. I graciously thanked them, even for this option, and assured them that I was on my way, with an ETA of 6:15, in traffic with an Uber driver who was frustratingly in no rush. I arrived at roughly 6:25, thinking that though I was slightly later than I told them, they would still be there. I tried to open the door, and found it locked. No biggie...I looked inside to see two men in a back room. I repeatedly knocked to get their attention and they pretended not to hear, and then one held the backdoor of the office open so they could slip through the back door. I walked around to the back and saw them walking briskly to a car. They pretended not to see me as I shouted "hello"! The smaller man pretended not to hear me so I tried a second time. Finally, the taller man realized he couldn't pretend not to see or hear me and he walked over to me. "Im the one you talked to"', he told me...."sorry man, I've locked up for the day". They heard me knocking at the front door before they left. They pretended not to hear me. I called them in advance and only took the $100 Uber ride to their location because he assured me that he could wait for me to arrive. He was still there when I knocked but pretended not to hear, even prior to locking up. They chose to turn an Executive level benefits member away...without a car when they 1) knew i was running late and assured me they could wait and, 2) ran out of cars despite my reservation and 3) were still inside when I was knocking on the door. These are low class, poor character, unprofessional dudes who chose not to go above and beyond to assist a customer who they knew paid $100 to Uber to them. As I sat on the sidewalk to book another Uber to my hotel they drove by with their eyes fixed straight ahead...trying not to look at me. Weak, pathetic, unprofessional.
