  I checked in through the app, arrived on time, and then waited about 20 minutes before an associate even *appeared. Took almost AN HOUR before I even got the car. I understand locations can be understaffed, but this was an unacceptable customer experience. I rent from Enterprise regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be renting from this location again.

  I had to wait an hour for my rental vehicle that was supposed to be ready at noon. When I arrived I was informed it was ready but was given to someone else. I was fine with that thinking it would only take a few minutes to get another vehicle ready. I was very wrong as I then had to wait an hour for a vehicle to be washed that was right outside the front door. When I expressed my frustration with Asif he agreed that I could take my business elsewhere. This was after he asked every person who dropped off a vehicle to give him a good review so he could get a promotion. I will never use this location again and will recommend to others to take their business elsewhere.

  Amazing service from Quinton and Parker. The car I originally rented was having, what appeared to be, an axel issue (which was no fault to them) and they were quick to put me in another vehicle at no extra charge. It was very busy with just those two working and they showed impeccable professionalism with demeanor, communication, and attitude. I work in customer service as well so I know how crazy things can get during busy time so I had no problem waiting as long as it took. I’m just thankful these two are the first impression of enterprise for me because they set the standard very high. I hope these two get the recognition they deserve from their local and regional management.

  Marcus is amazing! I had to get my car fixed and rented from this location. He was efficient and helpful.

  Awful experience. They didn’t have enough cars available and told us to wait while they cleaned a vehicle that had just been returned. After making us wait for more than 90 minutes, they simply told us they had no cars available and could not honor our reservation. Just like that. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
