- JBjade bonilla1 day ago5.0i have been struggling with issues on my car and haven’t been lucky figuring out what has been wrong with it, while also buying unnecessary parts and/ or tools thinking it would fix the problem. i went to this autozone and went to buy a tool and came in so many times trying to find the right socket and felt so annoying lol. Brandon was very kind on helping me and really took his time to assess me and even offered to help to see if i needed any. i have been very frustrated with parts store especially being a girl with them thinking down on me, but Brandon really made it feel like me being a girl in a parts store wasn’t unnatural at all. i was super frustrated buying tools i didn’t need and even asked if i can rent a ratchet wrench with mine being too small for a socket. he was so kind and let me use it for free for the 5 minutes i needed it. i will definitely be back to this autozone especially with the way Brandon and the other guy (can’t remember his name lol) treated me!!!!
- RWR WMay 12, 20262.0Recently, I called up Advance Auto Parts and asked if they had an item. The salesman asked me to hold on while he checked. Unfortunately they no longer carry the item. I then called AutoZone. The salesman there said that I should stop by and they would direct me to the aisle and section where I can look. The difference in customer service is stark.
