  My RV broke down near Harrisburg, VA, and Good Sam roadside assistance connected me with Trans Tech Towing. They responded in the middle of the night, towed me to a safe location and then responded again the next day, towing me to a repair shop. Both drivers, Michael and Brandon, were great. 100% positive experience. I recommend Trans Tech Towing without reservation.

  Fantastic Company got to me as quickly as possible which is not always possible. Very nice crew the guys came out pulled me out of a Rut . Highly recommended company good community company !!!

  They drove to my vehicle which was disabled in Mt. Crawford, the driver crawled under my vehicle and had me up and running with a temporary repair in about 20 minutes. Absolutely top notch honest folks I was 100 miles from home and had a trailer with some building material I had just picked up. Assuming I would have to be towed to their shop, I had already unhooked my trailer before he arrived, Before leaving, he helped me hook my trailer back up and made sure I was good to go.

  My fiancé Jerry Knight left a review on here and they decided to gaslight him! They put a transmission in our truck for us in January which cost close to $6,000 total we spent all together to have this done. Not all of that was trans tech charge! Fast forward to now and he was changing the oil in the truck and noticed the BOLTS were loose that were holding it in! He decided to go in to Trans Tech the next day to have it fixed and let them be aware. The woman behind the counter told him she would get the owners wife or someone else to help him. Whichever "woman" came up was very rude and argumentative and tried telling him their mechanic is "certified". Yet any certified mechanic would make sure that didn't happen! My fiancé might not be certified. But he isn't stupid and knows what he is doing when it comes to vehicles! If there would have been some accountability to this and being nice about it there wouldn’t have been a problem. I also wouldn’t be writing this not her would have! Only reason we brought it there was because it had snow on the ground and we don't have a garage. They also know that we had no choice but to agree to everything they were doing because we had no vehicle and he needed to be able to get to work. So of course they made sure they took advantage of that! They are crooks and rude as hell! We will NEVER bring anything back there again! And go ahead and gaslight me like the rest of the ones who left bad reviews! I will let people know how you all are! Including the owners wife Heather! Who will make him go bankrupt if he doesn't do something about it! Have a nice day!

  Got a transmission replaced thay charged for parts that was not needed just needed flushed then got the truck back i went to change my oil and seen where the main bolts that hold the transmission in was lose I took it back and thay had me talk to the owners wife witch is a very rude woman and she told me her mechanic was certified on transmission repair I’m a mechanic I work on my own vehicles most the time but it was cold and snow on the ground and couldn’t do shad tree mechanic work outside so that’s why thay ended up with it I’m not certified but I make sure every bolt is tight do not recommend to anyone that high priced and crooks and do not do the job right I don’t care how certified you are you don’t leave main bolts lose
