  Ahdy at Genesis of Richmond is on a level all his own - knowledgeable, courteous and above all patient! The overall staff at Genesis is excellent as well and would highly recommend them and the Genesis brand!

  Baught a used Truck from Ahdy and he still rolled out the red carpet . Friendly Sales man , hassle free and very accommodating to me even with not being able to pick it up for a week. Would definitely do business with again!

  We bought a Genesis this past weekend with the awesome help from Ahdy. He was an easy salesman to work with. Didn’t push us to make a purchase, and knew lots about the vehicle and the buying process. Would definitely return in the future!!

  I can't be more happier with their customer service - esp their service dept. I have EV which I have bought certified used from this location, but since they don't service EV here, I called all the places that service EV which was Virginia beach location, Springfield location. However no one was willing to help even though this was newer vehicle that still has remaining warranty on it. I was so frustrated them not calling me back, not following through, can't make appt, deny warranty coverage, etc.. But when I was able to speak with Dominique(service dept) about this weird, never seen before kind of rust issue on my newer 2023 vehicle, he tried and contacted everywhere to get help and possibly under warranty. He really was compassionate about what frustrations I had and disappointment on no one helping me out and was so patient about me calling maybe 10 more times? The warranty team rejected first, but he told me he will further work with someone to get it resolved and at the same time I called Genesis customer service HQ for assistance. She reviewed the claim and I think she approved/over written at HQ level and followed-up to later approve this case. He - Dominique also followed up and made sure I can get it fixed at the warranty retailer bodyshop. This is truly an impressive customer care and effort on both service dept(Dominique) and Genesis customer care(Jennifer) and I couldn't be happier and love my car even more for the outstanding customer service. You guys are the best car dealership I have ever worked with and shout out to Dominique for his exceptional service at this Midlothian location! Being a Korean and was loving my Genesis EV, I now became a more loyal customer for this Genesis brand with excellent/outstanding brand customer service.

  This dealership is very professional and help walked me through every step that I needed to get me in the car I needed.Everything went smoothly and all of the Salesmen are very friendly. I would like to put a very big thanks out to Fahad the manager,DeAndre,Ahdy. These guys are very professional.I would highly recommend
