  This was the most professional and by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased numerous cars in my 75 years and this was tops. Ahdy and his manager Jeff were the best. Love my new GV70 as I loved my previous G80. Highly recommend this dealership and Ahdy

  I thought the message I continued to get on the screen in my car for an oil change was incorrect. I went to the dealership to try to see if they could help remove the reminder only to find out that I actually did need an oil change and Dominique was efficient and able to schedule me right away. I so appreciate being able to depend on South Richmond Genesis!

  I had a great experience purchasing my BMW X5 from Genesis of Richmond, and I can’t thank Ahdy and Fady enough for all of their help throughout the process. From the beginning, they made the entire buying experience smooth, easy, and comfortable. Anytime I had a question or concern, they took the time to address it and make sure I felt completely comfortable with everything. I never felt pressured, and instead felt like they were genuinely on my side and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ahdy and Fady made the process surprisingly easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the time, patience, and effort they put into making sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend asking for Ahdy and Fady if you’re shopping at Genesis of Richmond. Thank you both again for everything!

  Had an excellent experience with Ahdy Ibrahim at Genesis of Richmond. I purchased the new 2027 GV80 Coupe but not without Ahdy taking the time to review the features of the SUV models. He truly wanted to know my questions, concerns and priorities to ensure I selected the best vehicle for me. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in going over all of the features multiple times. I was very pleased with my buying experience, including Fady with paperwork and amenities. Genesis of Richmond raised the bar in authentically showing what Luxury Car dealerships should be.

  Well, we finally traded in our 2021 Genesis GV80 and leased a 2026 Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Richmond back in April, 2026. And the best thing about the entire experience, was our sales rep -- FRANK GEHO -- and I never thought I would be so happy with a "car salesman"!!!!. The problem is that he truly has cared about our car experience, including the fact that over this past holiday weekend, he helped us work out a problem with our vehicle AND HE FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ALL SET!!!! Now why is that a problem -- because never in my life would I have thought I would write a review on a "car salesman" -- honestly, I generally -- no emphatically do not like car salesmen -- but FRANK GEHO truly has changed my mind -- he cared, he knew how I felt when I turned my old car in, and never ever gave me a look when I said I wanted to change the vehicle I was leasing to a different color. He said they would change everything as quickly as possible (as if it was their fault -- and it most certainly wasn't). With that being said, there is one more thing, and I also never thought I would be saying this, but ALL of the other sales reps and management and finance could not have been nicer to me the couple of times I was there. As far as service, have not yet had the pleasure, but will soon!!! Thank you ALL AT GENESIS OF RICHMOND!!!!!!!!!!! Sherry Crewss
