  Shout out to Frank Geho and Joe Chapman at Genesis of South Richmond. I live out of state and purchased a used vehicle through Frank sight unseen based only on the online advertisement and his word that the vehicle was as described online and as shown in the photos. This was a risk I was willing to take only because of how genuine and honest Frank was with me from the minute he picked up my initial phone call. To our surprise, the vehicle had a check engine light that had come on during the delivery which I notified Frank of immediately. He offered to take the vehicle back multiple times and was very understanding of the situation, and instead ended up agreeing that I should have it diagnosed by a local bmw dealership to me to get a better idea of what happened. Over the following 2 weeks Frank continued to maintain excellent communication with me and the dealership diagnosing the vehicle making sure I was being taken care of every step of the way. It turned out to be damage done to the evap system by the previous owner that we only discovered after bmw started taking the vehicle apart, and there’s no way without the check engine light on that Frank would have known this was an issue. Long story short but I ended up paying $0 out of pocket for what ended up being a $6,000 immediate surprise repair to everyone involved. I really cannot speak highly enough about Frank and the team at Genesis of South Richmond. They handled this entire unfortunate situation as professionally as I could have asked for and they absolutely went above and beyond to do the right thing and take care of me as the customer. 10/10 for customer service without a doubt. Thank you again Frank and Joe!

  Not enough stars! Our client advisor, Ahdy, was the most helpful and non pressure sales associate I have ever dealt with. We had been searching for a GV80 since the summer of 2025, and I had been to Genesis dealerships all over the DMV area, but we came back to Richmond because of the professionalism and desire to go above and beyond. After driving our GV80 home in June 2026, we heard a noise and took it back. Joe, the manager, rode with me and heard it as well. They gave me a loaner car and kept ours until it was rectified to everyone's satisfaction. The staff here goes FAR beyond what is just needed to make sure you are completely satisfied. We have already referred several friends to them. It's not just the Genesis, it's the staff. Thank you, Captain Ahdy!

  I cannot say enough about the staff at Genesis of South Richmond, especially our client advisor, Ahdy. From the moment we walked on the lot in August 2025, he answered every question we threw his way. We were being very specific about what we wanted (color, interior, trim package, mileage, etc.) but he had the patience of a saint. When we got the text in May 2026 saying, "This one won't last long," we were in the car within an hour and signing papers before the end of the day. The finance advisor, Fahad, was also extremely helpful. Everyone was amazing and we love our GV80! Ahdy helped us download the Genesis app, set up our profiles, recommended settings, and demonstrated the features (more than once). He is truly a no pressure salesman. We have already recommended him to several friends.

  My husband and I recently began searching for a replacement for our 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300. We planned to visit several dealerships and compare Genesis, Lexus, and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Our first stop was Genesis of Richmond, and we are so glad it was. After spending some time looking around the lot, we met Ahdy Ibrahim, who immediately made us feel comfortable. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. Instead, he took the time to listen to our needs, answer our questions, and allow us to explore our options at our own pace. I mentioned that I was particularly interested in an electric vehicle. Although Genesis of Richmond does not typically sell electric vehicles, Ahdy took the time to explain why and continued helping us find a vehicle that might fit my needs. While walking the lot, I spotted a recently traded-in 2023 Genesis GV60. Ahdy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained its history, and arranged a test drive. From the moment I drove the GV60, I knew it was the right vehicle for me. Throughout the entire process, Ahdy remained patient, honest, and respectful. He gave my husband and me time to discuss the purchase privately and never rushed us into making a decision. What impressed me most was the trust he built during the process. I felt confident not only in the vehicle itself but also in the dealership and the service I was receiving. Ahdy made sure the vehicle went through all necessary inspections and preparations before delivery, which gave me even greater peace of mind. I can truly say, I am the proud owner of a 2023 Genesis GV60, and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect vehicle for me, and I am confident it will serve me well for years to come.   I purchased a G90 from Ahdy Ibrahim in late May 2026. I found Mr Ibrahim and his staff to be very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles that my wife inquired about. We were provided a G90 for a day, followed by an offer to take a G80 for a day as a comparison if we desired. The trust exhibited by Mr. Ibrahim was very much appreciated. After purchase of the vehicle Mr. Ibrahim advised me that should I have any questions about operating the systems of the vehicle, I should call him rather than delving through the manual. The offer alone assured me that Mr. Ibrahim knew every operational detail of the cars that he sells. I highly recommend the automobile, the dealership and Mr. Ahdy Ibrahim.
