Helped me out in a real bind when I got stuck at the off-ramp from I-81 onto Route 8. Tab & Keith were great to fit me in & get me to a repair shop. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience here. Justin was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he listened to what I was saying. The pricing was great. I waited for my brakes to get done and they had a shuttle that dropped me off in town. Very convenient since I’m from out of state. Justin also kept me informed when there was an additional issue found once they were doing the work. I would definitely recommend them.

For my 2004 Honda CRV, they quoted me (using all OEM parts) 300 for new spark plugs, 700 for the rear brake rotors and pads, 130 for an oil change, and 70 to change my tag light. I cannot speak on the work this shop does but I would chose another place.

I scheduled a last minute oil change online the day of my appointment - I was very pleased as I was leaving the next morning for a trip. When I showed up at 2:30, they told me there was a chance that my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day as they are short staff. I needed the car to be done by 10am the next day to be able to leave on time, and they stated they could not guarantee that. I asked why I was able to schedule an appointment online when they didn’t have time for me, and they stated “the online scheduling system is iffy, you are better off calling”. How was I supposed to know this? On top of that, they had all day to reach out and tell me this information, so why did they wait until I drove across town for this? Since I waited all day for this appointment, it put me in a difficult and stressful position of finding a place that would take me before my trip. I would have been more understanding as this is a small local business and I know they are trying to do their best (hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). But the receptionist was not apologetic and seemed annoyed that I was asking prior questions. Due to all this I personally will not be trying this business again. I do wish them the best and hope this review helps implement better processes. To summarize: CALL VERSUS SCHEDULING ONLINE

Poor service and up-selling In November 2025, I had an oil change service. This was my first time dealing with Campus Automotive. I made an appointment and when I dropped the car off in the morning, I asked if the car would be ready by 4PM. I was told yes. I told the person at the front desk that they needed to put air in the tires as the warning light for low air pressure was turning on whenever the outside temperature was low. The guy said that it will be done. At 2 PM I called and asked if the car would be ready to be picked up at 4 PM and was told yes again. I came to the shop at 4PM and saw that the car did not move from the place I parked it in the morning! When I went inside, I was told that the car was not ready, but that they were working on it. I told the guy that this is highly unlikely as the car did not move from where I parked it in the morning and that now I will need to have my wife pick me up. After hearing that he opted not to tell me about the courtesy driver service they have! At the end the car was ready only at closing time, and my wife drove me back again at that time. When I picked up the car, I learned that they do have a courtesy driver service! Two days later the warning light for low air pressure was lit again! so it is very likely that no new air was put in the tires. Add these 3-4 points of poor service for one visit, and you get a pretty grim picture for my customer service experience at Campus Automotive. Up-selling: When I got my car back, the service person told me that my tires need to be replaced and handed me an estimate for the total replacement cost of $1715. This seems to me like a very high price for 4 tires replacement. The reason that I write this review only in June 2026, is that I finally replaced all 4 tires with a very similar tire to what was offered to me by Campus Automotive, but the total cost (in a different NRV shop) was only $1040. In my book this is a 70% up-selling by Campus Automotive.
