    Just needed a vehicle for the day. It was easy to reserve/change anything i needed too online. And they were very understanding when i called to let them know i was running a little later than expected and worked with me. Thank you.

    Sitting in Exmore Virginia, stranded by Enterprise. Our rental car had a problem. We called right away. They came and took the car but didnt bring a new one. We are still waiting on a car from 8:00 pm it's now 1:00 the next day. Our vacation is off to a horrible start because of their lack of professionalism. We will never rentwith them again!!

    I was told by Sam that he had to speak to a manager before i was able to rent a vehicle after making a reservation with an enterprise employee . Was also told that nothing was avaliable after being told it was. Def won't ever bother with enterprise ever again !! Oh yea he also said they have the right to decide whether or not to rent you a vehicle not sure what was his reason for meontioning this !
