Andy came within 10-15 minutes. (The dispatcher estimated it would be 1.5 hours. I was with my kids and it was HOT, so I was enormously relieved when he pulled up so quickly!). He checked out my tire, found the hole, and plugged it for me. He saved me a trip to the shop, the cost of towing to the shop, AND he saved me from having to buy a new tire. I am SO grateful to you, Andy! When I need help again, Big Toe Towing will be my first call!
