  Walk-in. Gave me reasonable options, followed through on time and commitments. Family family friendly, made us feel right at home. Extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. I even left my coffee mug there and when I returned to get it, they’d rinsed in out for me. If you’re looking for a local, trustworthy, values driven, and knowledgeable auto care business- Go here!

  It has been a very long time since I’ve been able to honestly say I trust a mechanic shop, but Broadview Automotive off Route 17 has absolutely earned that trust. These guys don’t just replace parts and send you out the door. They actually take the time to diagnose problems properly and figure out what is really going on. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job correctly. Their level of dedication, follow-through, and integrity is something that is getting harder and harder to find these days. One thing that really stood out to me was after one of my vehicles had been serviced, some unrelated codes came up afterward that had nothing to do with the repair they performed. A lot of shops would have brushed that off and said it wasn’t their problem. Instead, Broadview dug into it, tracked the issue down, and got everything functioning properly so I didn’t have to deal with the headache myself. That told me everything I needed to know about the kind of business they run. From the front counter staff to the technicians in the shop, everyone has always treated me with professionalism and respect. Every vehicle I’ve brought them, both personal and business, has come back to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. They stand behind their workmanship and take pride in what they do. What I appreciate most is that they provide a true five-star level of service while still keeping that small-town, local, community feel. These are local people who care about their customers and care about the community around them. You can feel that when you walk through the door.   Broadview Automotive has been taking care of both our company fleet and personal vehicles, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and consistent. I’ve personally seen multiple instances where they’ve been upfront with customers—even recommending against certain repairs if it wasn’t in the customer’s best interest or outside their specialty. That kind of integrity is rare and says a lot about how they operate. Their work is always solid, they communicate clearly, and they take care of your vehicle like it’s their own. It’s a huge relief knowing we have a shop we can rely on for both our business and personal vehicles.   The guys there helped me get thru neing stranded almost 3 hours away from home when my daughter's car broke down on the way to a concert. They fit us in and was able to get the part quickly and then the repair went quick amd smooth as well. Everyone I dealt with there was quite professional and pleasant. If I lived closer, I'd use them for all my car stuff! Thank you again gentlemen for helping us out and getting us to the concert in DC!
