    Every time I come here for a basic oil change and tire rotation, it takes them between 90-120 minutes. This is even when I set up an appointment ahead time. Tell me why it takes Sheehy Ford almost two hours to do something Jiffy Lube can do in 20 minutes. I'm never coming back here once my VIP package expires.

    5 star as always I have taken both of my cars to Sheehy Ford Ashland for many years and I am always impressed. Gabe in the Service Department is very professional and really knows how to treat any customer who walks in the door. He is remarkable and can handle any issues or problems, he knows his stuff

    When I arrived at the shop I was told that what I wanted done couldn't be done that day because no one was there to do it. Then a young lady came out and told me it could be done but told me the charge. It was as if she thought I thought it was going to be done for free, anyway while I was there my truck began to leak oil. There was a leak was from to he crank shaft. They were unable to put the bug shield on because it was the wrong one. They did fix the oil leak.

    They have had my brand-new Ford Maverick for almost two months now. Whenever I call to find out what is wrong with it after they identify the vehicle they hang up on me. I have made seven attempts personally to get any information, and all have been either hanging up or no returned calls. I currently have two Fords with less than thirty thousand miles on them both in the shop and both have been in the shop for the same issue three times. Do yourself a favor Do Not buy a Ford and definitely Do Not buy one from a Sheehy dealer.
