  usually I don't give bad reviews but I feel with no response from their management I am going to tell about my experience in called about an ford expedition max and spoke to the salesperson and the first thing I said to them i wanted the price without rebates when i received the proposal it did not mention anything about rebates so i felt it was correct so I started the purchase process had the credit approved and come to find out when i told them to add the rebates in to get the final price they said that they priced it with rebates and not without liked I asked so price was a lot higher than the other dealer she also said the price has the best discount they could give and there is no expedition aroung that have a 9k discount with the equipment that I was looking at without having the extra rebate. looking on their own website there was 2 on there that had a over 9k discount and it did not mention about and extra rebate all I can say is I dont feel I was treated fairly and was mislead hoping I would buy anyway

  Aurora was very helpful and the mechanic found issues with my tires and alignment that I was completely unaware of that likely saved an accident with the amount of driving I do for work. The videos to show the issues were extremely helpful!

  I had a great experience purchasing my new F-150 from this dealership. Process was straightforward and professional. Kelly was fantastic to work with and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. She made the buying process enjoyable, and I'd recommend working with her. Tony at the finance department made the paperwork smooth, in and out in 10 minutes. However took over an hour to get into the room as he was the only one managing that day, so it is understandable. Before delivery, noticed a couple of very small scrapes on the edge of the driver's door. Rather than dismissing the issue, they documented an "I Owe You" form and agreed to ship touch-up paint to my home. Appreciate that they acknowledged it and offered other ways to get it right. Overall, very happy with my purchase and I'd recommend this dealership.

  I have to emphatically say, that in my 58 years of owning autos, the service I experienced at this dealership was by far the Best Ever in my life. On July 2, 2026, my Motorhome caught fire and had to be towed to a dealership to inspect the damage and hopefully repair it. I chose SHEEHY FORD ASHLAND which was very close, thinking the problem came from the Ford engine. As it turned that was not the problem. It was a broken hydraulic line servicing the lift system that sprayed fluid on to the hot exhaust. Not a Ford Chassis problem. Their Truck service manager, BRAD MAJOR, took me under his wing and fully repaired the system after completing a multi-point inspection of all the engine components. I left the Motorhome in Sheehy’s and Brad’s capable hands while we continued our vacation in our Tow Vehicle. Within two weeks the problem was fixed and I flew to Richmond from Florida to retrieve the Motorhome. Sheehy even had a LYFT pick me up and take me to Sheehy so I could return home. I cannot fully express my appreciation to Brad and his Sheehy service team for how they handled a dire situation for me, and how courteous and polite everyone at the dealership was toward me and my wife. This is a 5-Star service team and I will remain forever grateful for their professionalism and total customer friendly approach. Thank you so much Brad and SHEEHY FORD. YOU ARE THE BEST!
