  I went in for a last-minute state inspection, and the experience was outstanding. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They kept me informed by calling with updates on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Connie also took the time to recommend that I contact my insurance company about having my windshield repaired, which was very helpful. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service!

  They did amazing work to get my dad's truck running.Gave details with pictures and recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable also kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you for everything i am super grateful 🙏🏼 . Would highly recommend and will be coming back in future when needed.

  The staff were so friendly and kind - car maintenance of any kind to me is like going to the doctor - I hate going. But everyone here made my experience 10/10 enjoyable and I’m actually looking forward to going back the next time my car needs anything. Absolutely a joy to work with.

  Glen Allen Transmission did a great job diagnosing and repairing the CV axle issue on my 2017 Ford Edge. Additionally they provided an overdue service on the transmission. They got the car back to me the same day. I am very happy with the service they provided.

  They say that places take advantage of you when they see your out of state Well that’s a lie with them The lady who greeted me when I had my 2009 ford pickup towed in were so nice to me and honest right from the start they said to me that I should try and let them just drop the transmission pan first and all said and done I only need new transmission lines instead of a transmission They could have lied and said that but they didn’t. Even though I’m from NJ I would definitely drive 5 hours and have them do work on my 2025 Nissan rogue. Thank you Glen Allen 5 stars from me Now I’m adding to my review. Not only did they do a great job They Even Washed my truck and had the tires shined. I was so surprised. Beautiful work.
