  Ladies at the front desk were very polite and funny! They graciously fit me in for an inspection on the spot and the mechanics sent me a rundown of my entire vehicle in less than 30 minutes. I’m a college student and was looking for somewhere quick and their efficiency exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!

  I do most of my own repairs but when something is too difficult or complex, I bring it to Glen Allen Transmission. From big jobs like transmission and transfer case replacements to straightforward inspections and starter motors, they do the work right the first time at very reasonable cost. Tyler, Will, Connie and Jordan deliver exceptional customer service along with deep technical knowledge. Unlike some other shops, I completely trust them to do the right thing. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the work and the experience.

  Amazing Shop! I cannot give them enough praise. I had my 2012 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 towed here after I bought it. Truck had been sitting for 2 years and was in need of a ton of work. I thought (based on what the seller told me) that it needed a new clutch and a few other things. It also was not running right and the seller thought it needed a new wiring harness. The shop did thorough diagnostics and found the issue (a bad fuel injector). They fixed it and never once tried to oversell me on anything. They said the clutch is good, and after driving it, it is totally fine. I am so appreciative of their hard work, constant communication, and impeccable work on my truck! They did just what it needed and never tried to oversell me on a single thing. The cost of everything was way below what I expected to pay. Major shout out to their team and Connie for being so amazing. 100% will be taking my truck there for any future work. If you need engine or transmission repair, do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Glen Allen Transmission!
