Super people. Very honest and transparent. We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and they checked the car over for everything else. They provided us with recommendations and listed them in priority order. We couldn’t afford the time to do it at the time so we brought it back for the next oil change. I was given the list and was told I could pick and choose. I honestly had them do all of the maintenance the car needed. It was promised to be done in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price, but they managed to get it all done with significant time before their deadline. Easy communication via text is greatly appreciated and their flexibility with drop off and pick up is great. I’d call them trustworthy and reliable. We will continue to go back!

Professional staff, thorough service without pushing unnecessary parts/work, and better pricing than nearby shops. So happy I found this family owned business, and absolutely recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

I was referred to try Glen Allen Transmission after stopping in at a few places to get my tire plugged which was requiring air daily. When I stopped in I was told all of the techs were out on lunch, but the gentlemen I spoke with (I didn’t get his name 😢) said he would take a look at it and ultimately he ended up repairing the tire for me which was very helpful because I putting air in it every day and I had to work out of town for the next two days. From the beginning to end, my experience was great. The people seemed really friendly and inviting and the location appeared nice and accommodating for customers. I’m already planning to go back and see about some other issues with my vehicle.

10/10 recommend! Such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and I really appreciated how well they kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy finding an auto repair shop you feel like you can trust, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service, great communication, and fast, quality work. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable shop!

My clutch went out on a roadtrip nearby and this place was recommended. I understand why and I can also highly recommend. They diagnosed and fixed my VW Golf’s clutch within a 24 hour timespan and answered every question I had about costs and necessary parts. I really appreciate their kindness, timeliness, and the quality of parts and labor. 5 stars all the way!
