Your sales person matters!! If you are looking for someone that truly listens to your needs (and wants) and that goes the extra mile, go to General RV in Ashland and ask for Jaz. You will not be disappointed. She is patient. She is kind. But what drew us to her is that she is not pushy. She would have showed us 100 campers if that’s what we wanted. Thank you, Jaz!! You are such a blessing to our family!
Also, wanted to give shout out to the entire General RV team. They worked together like a well oiled machine and truly made this experience quick and easy from beginning to end.

This is the worst buying experience of my life. I paid good money to have hitch work done and they had me leave the dealer with my trailer dangerously unlevel . I took it to another service center and had to pay again to have it done correctly. They are high pressure and priced far too high. There are better dealer around. The Manager Ben is absolutely clueless when it comes to customer service and his staff was more worried about selling and servicing customers that were purchasing bigger more expensive rigs. Avoid this dealer. Very shady and expensive

From start to finish our experience at General RV was amazing. Garrett Jones was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel pressured to get into an RV that we didn’t want. We are super grateful to have gotten him as our salesman today and are walking away the proud owners of a new RV with possibly the most comprehensive yet pain-free buying experience either of us has ever had. Great experience. My online agent Nate made the first part of my experience excellent with his amazing customer service and knowledge. He then pointed us to the rv store and also amazing Mr. Dan H. in sales was very helpful with all the questions we had and he showed us everything we needed to know about the unit. He made us feel like family. Thank you Mr. Dan. We agreed on a final price ( that Mr. Nate also helped with) the financial manager completed the sale and Mr. Brian in part's alongside others were so helpful with other purchases and service ( installed better hand rail. Reception girls on Friday were also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you. I highly recommend this company for amazing customer service and great value.
