  Had spark plugs and coils replaced and some other auto maintenance done. Pleased with the quality of work and the time it took to complete it!

  I've used Ferber's in the past and have always had a great experience here. I recently dropped off my truck for a state inspection. They went above and beyond checking out my truck and making a bunch of service recommendations due to the mileage. I appreciate the advice and I'll be back for future service!

  I would not recommend for tire service. After getting a flat, these guys changed out two tires (the other was also a bit worn). Upon picking up the car, the tire pressure monitoring system malfunction light came on the same day (once at high speed on the highway). Brought it in for them to inspect, and they claimed the tire pressure monitors now need to be replaced, oddly only on the two wheels that they had just replaced. They assumed zero responsibility and gave a quote of over $500 for something that had never been an issue before picking up the car after their service. If you have a car that has electronics to monitor tire pressure, I would not trust it to this shop.

  I have to say James went above and beyond to help us with a battery issue. We weren't sure if it was a bad battery or alternator, and James said it was just the battery. We still had a warranty from O'Reilly's, so we go over there at 5:15 on Friday and they say it's the alternator and that they don't trust Ferber's. Take it back to James, and he says he'll go over there with me to get it straight. So he closed the shop for the weekend, and talks to the manager and assures him it's the battery, which it was. He didn't have to do all that, but it was exceptional customer service. Big kudos to James!

  I’m a car guy… Have ordered well over 100 classic cars. I have never, NEVER, found, and auto mechanic shop as good as this. Blown away by their professionalism, the work they do, and the prices they charge. Completely fair. Take your car to them and feel 1000% confident you’re in good hands. (I don’t know any of these people personally and have no skin in the game. I rarely write reviews. But these guys are worth it!)
