  Excellent customer service. I was a walk in on a Monday morning 7/22/26 to get an estimate on my Dodge Challenger for some slight damage on the rear bumper. Once I was checked in, an Estimator came right out. I didn't even have to wait which was impressive to me since I had gone to another shop down the street and they told me that they could make an appt for me to come back in ten days for estimate. Anyhow, the Estimator at Ferber's (I believe his name was Ryan) took a look at my vehicle and told me that the damage was minimal and could probably just be buffed out vs a whole bumper paint. He then offered for free of charge to take my car back to a bay and buff it and within 15 minutes it was better than new. I was so pleased that he was honest and didn't try to gouge me and was pleasant the whole visit. I would highly recommend Ferbers. My friend that accidentally backed into my bumper, resulting in the scratches and scrapes will be happy to know that there will absolutely no money involved in the repair! S. Shepherd :)

  Was a great experience clean,professional did great job painting my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. Prices are reasonable.

  I bring every car I own and only recommend these guys! The customer service is top notch, and the paint matching is some of the best I’ve ever seen. You guys keep up the great work!

  I would strongly advise avoiding Ferber’s Paint and Body if you care about your vehicle. I brought my F-250 in for what was supposed to be a minor passenger-side repair and was told it would take two weeks. That turned into over a month, with little to no communication the entire time. When I finally got my truck back, it was a complete disappointment. The bedside is visibly pushed in, something that absolutely was NOT there before. This truck only has 50K miles, I’ve owned it for over two years, and it was in mint condition prior to this. Now it still looks like it’s been wrecked. On top of that, the paint work is terrible—there are runs in the paint and even oil spots in the paint. That’s basic quality control, and they clearly didn’t care enough to get it right. What’s even worse is their response. Instead of fixing the obvious issues, they refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on a “mounting surface and a previous wreck that damaged the mounting surface. That excuse doesn’t hold up Considering there's absolutely no wrecks based on the CAR FAX REPORT. Between the missed deadline, poor communication, sloppy workmanship, and refusal to stand behind their work, this was a horrible experience. I trusted them with my truck, and they gave it back in worse condition than it went in. Take your business somewhere else unless you want to deal with the same frustration.

  Friendly staff, quality work done in less time than predicted. My car looks factory new inside and out; my car was washed, thoroughly vacuumed and meticulously cleaned on the inside. Little things make a big impression!
