  The rental car (KIA K5) rode smoothly and it was nice and clean. I loved the large display in this car. But the best part of my rental was the "customer service". Check in/out was as smooth as the ride. I didn't get anybody's name unfortunately but both attendants did an excellent job. Please keep up the good work. 😉😉

  Quick and easy to get and return. Best rental I ever had-liked it better than my own new car! Loved the integration with Progressive insurance so I didn’t have to do anything—all happened automatically.

  Was given a car with a busted AC in DC, was told to go to the location in Laburnum, who told us to go to the Richmond airport, which is demanding we return to DC to swap it out. That's a lot of time and gas!! At our expense no less. I tried calling the Ashland location, to see if I can rent another car. Was on hold for awhile, went through their phone menu and hit the buttons necessary, and waited longer. Inwas reassured my call and business is appreciated before the line just hung up on me. Called again, got the same response. A company that can't be bothered to answer the phone clearly doesn't care about me or my business. I'll look for other options in the future.

  I was given a Toyota rav 4 at first. I drive it for about 3 days and couldn't stand the filth and smell any longer. Vehicle looked like it hadn't been cleaned on the Inside in months and smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes. It was so gross. Took car back and was put in a jeep compass. Still a bit dirty and still faintly smelled of cigarettes. I never been In A car that smelled as bad as that rav 4.
