If you call the number on the Google listing it gives you a customer service person from another country who could hardly speak English and kept talking over me...they were not understanding what I was trying to ask despite asking it in like 5 different ways. They weren't even listening either, they kept talking over me. I told her sorry, you're not listening so I have to hang up now. I am so frustrated. I needed a car ASAP because mine broke down and I have my toddler with me and it's a really stressful situation. Maybe if these corporations would stop outsourcing and actually give Americans some jobs they wouldn't have these issues. But that's corporate greed for you.

Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Wasted our entire day and still didn’t get a vehicle. So what had happened was . . . our car caught on fire. Our insurance company told us we had to use Enterprise or Hertz (wish we’d gone with Hertz). We booked an appointment for this branch on Saturday via the website. They let us book it, but then called us same day to say they had no cars available. Then the rep said we could pick up one “any time after 10a” on Tuesday and if we couldn’t make it Tuesday then they would hold it until the end of Saturday. Fantastic. Tuesday rolls around. I leave with my father-in-law and get there at 11a. I’m told our appointment was at exactly 10:30a and they gave away the car we booked. They said we could MAYBE pick up another at 4p. We live an hour away so we came home. Time comes to leave AGAIN and my father-in-law and I go. We get there at 4p. We’ve been down on our luck so my in-laws agreed to pay the $50 deposit and we repay them later (this is important to know). The Enterprise rep said they would not take a card unless it had my name on it–not even one with my spouse’s name would do. My father-in-law came inside to authorize the transaction and the rep said they could only do it if he was added to the drive plan for an extra $15 a day–which insurance would not cover. During this whole time, the rep kept making faces at me and pushing me aside to service other customers. I understand the need to do so when I’m on the phone with insurance and whatnot, but when I was ready the rep ignored me. Multiple reps, multiple details, multiple hassles, and it was all VERY UNNECESSARY!!! This branch needs more accurate and forthright communications between fellow staff and customers. Avoid at all costs.

needed to rent a vehicle while getting work done on mine at the Caliber Collision in the same building. Employee (maybe name is Dawan? I'm bad with names. lol) Took great care of me and provided a brand new Jeep for my rental. Definitely will trust them next time I need a rental. Thanks!

They went out of their way to get me a car to get home in another state after my car decided to celebrate 50k by needing emergency warranty work done lol. This location and the other 3 locations I had to speak with were all super nice and tried to help.

Let's just start with Austin is amazing. I had a previous rental in Rockhill SC where we had issues with the car we couldn't even go pass 45mph without hearing this terrible knocking noise. We arrived to Virginia just in time before closing time. Austin provided me with a replacement vehicle and even made sure it was clean. Thanks Austin you're very much appreciated.
