I can’t recommend Josh enough! Replacing a transmission is a huge job, and he handled everything professionally from start to finish. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the work with great attention to detail.
The vehicle has been running perfectly ever since, and it’s such a relief knowing the job was done right. This place is amazing. I dropped off my 2015 tahoe because my brakes were making noise and they had me in and out same day. Great quality work. Joe is my service advisor and he is very professional and knowledgeable and showed me what my brakes looked like and what they were supposed to look like. As someone who doesn't know much about cars i felt very comfortable and actually got to see the issue vs just trusting a random shop and praying they arent going to take advantage of you. I was very fortunate and at pick up i got to meet the tech Josh who worked on my car. he was very polite and after talking to him about my tahoe you can tell he really cares about safety and making sure the car is good all the way around. I have 2 kids so of course i want somone who knows what they are doing for me and my family safety. I will definitely be requesting Josh as my main tech from now on. Thanks dixon! I will be back soon for my oil change.

I took my vehicle to Dixon for an oil change. When dropping the vehicle off they asked if I wanted my tires rotated at which point I replied only if they needed it. Upon picking my vehicle up I was charged for a tire rotation. When arriving home and checking I noticed at least one of tires were not moved (has a cosmetic defect and easy to identify).
I was told I needed new front brakes and a new battery ASAP. I was quoted $1,124.42 for just the brakes and battery. I called the next day at 9am to double check the quote and schedule an appointment, at which point I was told something looked “off” with my quote and that they wanted to look into it further and would call me back in 5-10 minutes. I questioned what looked off and was told the battery cost $250 and they quoted me over $250 for labor! They quoted me a hour and a half for labor when I was assured it would only take 30 minutes to replace.
I waited most of the day for a return call that never came. When I called back at 5:20pm I was told they adjusted the quote down to $329 for the battery. That is more than a $200 difference! I cannot help but to think that because I am a female and went in alone they tried to take advantage of me. This happened to me at this same location about 4 years ago with a different vehicle. I will never take my vehicle here again.
I went to the dealership and got my battery replaced same day for $345 with no hassle and a better battery than what Dixon offered. Dixon told me both front brakes had 2mm of pads left and the dealership told me they had 4mm of pads left. They have permanently lost me as a customer.
I want to give a big shoutout to Dixons Automotive. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, and honestly, it’s long overdue that I give them the credit they’ve earned. Before Dixons, I used another local shop in the Atlee area. One day, on my way to the beach with a tire issue, they wouldn’t even take a minute to help me with a simple patch. That was the moment I knew I needed a better, more dependable shop.
That’s when I found Dixons, and I haven’t looked back since.
For nearly a decade, they’ve been the definition of honest, reliable, and consistent. They don’t upsell, they don’t play games, and they treat your car like it matters. Joe, the manager, deserves special recognition. He’s the kind of person who remembers you, takes the time to explain things, and makes sure your vehicle is taken care of the right way every single time.

Had my car for almost a week made multiple excuses as to why my car had not been worked on yet, wouldn’t of had a problem with that but less than an hour after picking my car up my check engine light cuts back on and hours later car loses complete power going down the road. Was told multiple times oil pump was the issue only to find that it had not even been replaced. Before I took my car in only issue is that coolant and oil were leaking, and the car was overheating. Now my car no longer starts at all and I have the pleasure of trying to figure out why. My spark plugs and thermostat housing were both replaced even though they were both BRAND NEW, I didn’t want either changed but agreed because I was told they were an issue, only thing that coulve been wrong was were they weren’t set right so they really wasn’t a reason to change them. They racked up an almost 3k bill for me to pay just for my car to no longer run. I will never be taking my car again, ferbers was equally expensive but never held my car for an excessive amount of time and actually resolved my issue.
