  The first place I went didn't have the locking gas cap I wanted. However, they suggested another store close by. I spoke with the employee and he found it quickly in his computer. He then got the cap from storage very fast. He was very pleasant. I was in and out very fast.

  The manager has all other priorities but the customer. I had to return a wrong part that they gave me by mistake (because the employee was in rush) and i was explaining the situation while an other employee was helping me but the a sshole manager has to jump to tell me “stop it i don’t want to hear it” also they couldn’t help me to return an online purchase. If you want a smooth day with your parts just go to another location or go to advanced auto parts. This will be my last time dealing with this bullshit.

  I went to buy some spare parts for my car on Friday, April 17th, between approximately 2:20 and 3:00 PM. I was assisted by a man who was so arrogant—he yelled at me and made me feel so bad—that I will not be returning to this store; I will look for other options.
