Their fleet is known for offering premium and luxury cars, and SIXT also highlights that it offers great prices on luxury rentals while pricing varies by vehicle class, booking time, and rental duration. One thing I really liked is that sometimes the luxury cars feel like a better value than regular cars, especially compared with other rental options in the market. The overall experience felt upscale, convenient, and well worth the price.

  Pre-paying made my experience easy. That and Jason. I have used Sixt before and I knew I needed a credit card not my debit and the $200 deposit was easier to do over other companies that do $400-$600. With gas prices the was they are i did pay extra for gas upfront but it's worth it because I had a larger vehicle. I plan to continue using Sixt for my rental car needs. Thank you Sixt and Jason.

  Review for Sixt Rent a Car - Washington National Airport (DCA) Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by JACKIE at the counter, and I cannot recommend her enough! Renting a car can often feel like a tedious chore, but Jackie completely turned that experience around. From the moment I walked up, her energy was fantastic. She is professional, incredibly kind, and has a genuine compassion for her customers that you don't see often. She managed to make the entire process not only seamless but actually FUN!!! It is rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a great personality. She made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another reservation number. If you’re renting from this Sixt location, do yourself a favor and hope that Jackie is the one behind the desk. She is an absolute asset to the team and made doing business here a total pleasure!

  I had a great experience this was my first time renting from Sixth and I had no issues. Jason at the front desk his customer service (chef kiss) I truly appreciate his help in making sure everything went smoothly when renting a car. This was a great first time experience and the car was clean. No complaints, I’ll def be booking with them again. Thank you Jason you were amazing. We need people like this with your kindness and energy especially at 8am lol!

  I booked a car online and I have an account because of my status with marriott. I signed in and I booked a car. I wanted a BMW because it's for work and the price was great. The only problem was I can't drive it. I prepaid for it and about 12 hours before I got an email with the details and I went to the booking and it said the minimum age was 25, I'm 23. There is no reason I should be able to reserve a car I can't drive. I called customer service and they said they could get me a different car, that's cheaper (Toyota Rav 4 or equivalent) but oh it's almost twice the price. I then went to the desk when I arrived but they couldn't do anything other than what they said on the phone. I don't see any reason I should be paying for a mistake they made. I did end up paying a grand total of 729 with a 200$ security for 4 days... this price is ridiculous and I will never be using sixt again. The guy on the phone didn't understand what I was asking and kept saying I couldn't drive the car I reserved and I kept saying that's why I called. The guy in person was super friendly and said he was 23 and couldn't rent nice cars either but he still didn't give me a reasonable adjustment from the original. I have diamond status but I was treated terribily so I will be going back to enterprise/national because I've never had an issue.
