  The windshield they installed would not calibrate with the safety systems, the only solution they offered was to up sell me to a more expensive windshield with a week delay. I was told by the people in the office that 'this happens all the time' which really raises a red flag in my book. Additionally, the windshield had a weird rattle and air rushing sound when driving the car, raising concerns about if it was water tight or not. I took my car to another local glass shop, Beltway Auto Glass, that installed a windshield and calibrated the safety systems it in about an hour for several hundred dollars less than what safelight had quoted. I do not recommend safelight, there are far better local services that will work with your insurance, provide better service, and have honest business practices. I will go out of my way to ensure that anyone I know steers away from safelight, it's not worth the headache to have a broken car.

  I dropped my car off and the shop handled the repair quickly. It was a painless process. I'd definitely use them again.

  Service counter representative (Roland) was very helpful and the actual windshield replacement work performed by Joshua was excellent and the follow-up information that he provided was useful.

  Once I got to the actual appointment everything went perfectly. No complaints about the service but getting the appointment was a NIGHTMARE!! I started by making an appointment online and after four confirmation texts I got a call the day before to tell me they could not do it that I had to bring my car in. Apparently my specific car can't be done the easy way but they did not inform me. So made a new appointment and again soooo many texts to confirm then the day before I got a call that the part was in fact not available. Made a third appointment for a later date and then it finally worked. To reiterate the actual service was perfect and quick. Five stars for the guys at the shop!
