I realized that my left rear tire was flat, and they did the impossible to help me get on the road the same day. I wouldn't have never make it home without the help of them. Thank you so much guys and thanks ntb for hiring these awesome people.
- JTJacob TatgeMay 8, 20261.0Worst consumer experience I can recall. Arrived early for my appointment to change 4 tires at 10am. Am told it will take 3 hours for some reason. I wait an hour, then the tech comes out to upsell more services (standard practice, I know). I say no, I just want the tires. I wait two more hours. I ask when it will be done and they run back to get started on it. They then realize they dont have the right tires and offer that I come back tomorrow. I am angry and ask for the car back. It takes another 45 minutes to get the car back. In Summary: 4 hours waited for zero new tires. No apology. Shop elsewhere.
