  They kept me waiting for 2 hours promising they would look at it today and end up telling me not until tomorrow. They did not keep their word, wasting my time and costing me a day of work. Disappointed.

  Mr. tire was great! We had a tire with a leak and we came Sunday afternoon and they were able to fix it for a very reasonable price and did it quickly. The manager (Lewis) even stayed past closing on a Sunday so we could pick up our car that same day. Would def recommend!

  It has been such a great experience! From the moment I came in to see if they could service my car, the price is affordable and the customer service is what made me want to leave this review. I have been dealing with Louis and he took the time to explain in detail what I need done. As a woman we get scammed about unnecessary things we need done to our vehicle but I definitely did not feel that way at all here. I recommend this shop and Louis.

  Was once a loyal customer. Safe to say I will no longer be. I had a working relationship with Mohammed for almost 3 years. He always provided transparent service and helped me when my car had issues. I took my car in for a standard oil change yesterday. After an hour they gave me a call saying I needed $2000 in repairs for something I didn’t need. Typical business practice, trying to siphon you out of all your money. On top of that they added a new $6 fee for my oil change that I was never previously charged. As it turns out, Mohammad was let go and the place is under new management. Makes sense, as they seem to only want to hire people who will willingly scam you. I’ll miss Mohammed, but surely not here. Goes to show you company loyalty only goes so far.
