  Made an appointment and told them I would be waiting as I don’t have a ride. I was given a time estimate of 2 1/2 hours. Two hours later they hadn’t even gotten to my car. It took them 3 1/2 hours.. And when I went to pick up my car, they parked in some oil drenched water. Terrible service would never recommend go somewhere else. I’m never going back.

  Summary: Given I've been turned away from my appointments here twice, given I have dealt with two separate employees who were both angry/argumentative with me, and given how many decent auto places there are nearby, I highly suggest you go almost anywhere else. This place gambles your time and treats you pretty poorly.. I sure wouldn't trust their work either for these reasons.. -- First time I came for an appt last yr, the guy told me they weren't taking more customers that day even though they were open another 2+ hours and I had an appt. I remember feeling stunned at how aggressive he was. Like he was borderline yelling/arguing with me.. -- Today I went back for another appt and came with a Groupon for full synth oil change. The guy at the desk refused to honor it. I explained that they are legally obligated to take the amount tendered via Groupon but he refused. Like the first guy a year ago, he also got argumentative and angry saying "dude I just told you several times, I can't accept this". So I got turned away yet again. This time, I called Groupon customer service, told them what happened.. Groupon gave me my money back and a 20% off coupon code for any future Groupon purchase.

  I’ve had a really great experience with Ronnie! He always listens to my concerns and is knowledgeable and honest. He helped me when I first needed new brakes, and more recently when my car wouldn’t start. He gave me a portable jump starter so I could get it to the shop, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, I needed a new battery, and it was ready in less than an hour. He’s always straightforward about what my car actually needs and never makes me feel like he’s trying to sell me something I don’t need. It’s nice to have someone I trust when it comes to my car. Definitely recommend Ronnie and the team!

  Transparency in pricing (0 stars) You end up with added "tools fee" added on to your bill that you were never informed about Communication (0 stars) "We will call you back if it will be ready tonight", no one calls. Have to chase it the next day. Even though they promised it should be ready same day. Technical skills (0 stars) After a long conversation about safety and liability, I was handed the car with all tires set well above the factory recommended pressure. Total stars (0 stars), not an option unfortunately. Save your money, go to your nearest gas station and they will sort you out.

  I would give zero stars, but Obie (Obi?) the front desk associate was great so I added a star for him. This was my first time at this shop. I made an appointment for 9AM on Sunday for a tire alignment. Dropped my car off, was told it would be ready around noon. Came back and my car hadn’t been worked on. The mechanic in the back had it on the lift and told me I needed a new tire and he couldn’t do the alignment without it - why wasn’t I called? I was then told that cars are usually dropped off the day before - then why was I told it would be done at noon?? The real issue was the mechanic in the back (Michael). I was told he usually comes in late, and had come in at 11:50 that morning. If this is a normal occurrence, WHY is he still employed? My car was sitting for almost 3 hours untouched, and as I type this it still isn’t done (1:30PM.) It’s ridiculous to tell your customers one thing and fully know that it is a lie or incorrect information. I also believe this place to be pretty overpriced - an alignment and one single tire cost me over $320. Obi was amazing and understanding of my frustration, but I can say with certainty I will not be coming back to Mr. Tire. Perhaps check to ensure your employees are coming in on time.
