    Would pick 0 stars if it was an option. Went to this location to get new tires for my vehicle. I asked for four new tires, and luckily they were having a buy one tire get one free sale. So I paid for the service, and the front desk worker confirmed I’d be getting four new tires for my vehicle. Lo and behold, I find out that the person wrote up the paperwork to only account for purchasing 2 tires (front two only), but still charged me for what I was told was all four. When I went back to talk to this location, they told me the person I had talked to was no longer working there and was let go for other similar issues. Ultimately, they were not able to help me resolve this issue. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be back.

    Lewis and his team did an incredible job. Lewis was attentive to listening to my concerns, offered options but I didn't feel pushed any one way, and ensured the job was done above satisfaction. Thank you Lewis - this is how customer service should be!

    Great same day service (within one afternoon) from very helpful manager and staff to replace 4 tires (including leaky one and 3 other cupped) and rear brake pads, alignment and brake rotors and fluid, as well as an oil change. Observed other very desperate customer seeking blown tire replacement in 15 minutes. Manager handled this with kindness and grace and got them to accept a more realistic time frame, and on a busy day, my job was completed even faster than first expected, and an easy no interest credit line was recommended and approved with their help to spread payments for the unexpected extent of my own bill. We are definitely coming back to Mr Tire Arlington for local service needs. Provided Good old fashioned small town service, delivered with professionalism, helpfulness and skill.

    Great service especially given I was a early morning walk-in with a flat tire. Only complaint is how long it took for it to get changed out but they did a fantastic job on the car; but given they ordered the tire I needed and it was delivered the same day, I will take waiting a full day over several for my car. Would return again.

    If 0 stars were an option, that would better reflect this experience. This was my second time visiting this Mr. Tire location, and unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in returning. I originally came in because there was a nail in my tire. Ronnie, the front desk associate, assured me this could be taken care of that day. After paying $538 for service, including new tires and an alignment, I later discovered that the tire with the nail had never been repaired or replaced. I was sent on my way believing the issue had been resolved, then ended up taking a road trip that involved 10 hours on the road with the nail still in my tire. Additionally I questioned why the two new tires were installed on the front of the vehicle, as I understood new tires are generally recommended for the rear for better stability. However, I assumed the team had a specific reason for the placement and trusted their professional judgment at the time. This created a serious safety concern and significantly disrupted my travel plans. Because the original issue was not properly addressed, I had to wait for AAA roadside assistance and continue driving on a spare tire. To their credit, their GM, Lewis, did provide two replacement tires and completed another alignment at no additional cost once the mistake was addressed. However, the original service failure still created a serious safety concern and significant inconvenience. As of now, I have not received a refund for the original $538 service and have escalated the matter to Mr. Tire's corporate office. The issues I paid to have addressed, a nail in my tire and a wheel alignment, were not properly resolved during the initial appointment despite being assured the work had been completed and the vehicle was safe to drive. Based on this experience, I would not return to or recommend this location. The level of service and lack of quality control were unacceptable, and this situation points to internal communication issues that need to be addressed.
