They are great. They put in air in my tires + some caps that were missing. Thank you!

I made an appointment online with Mr. Tire and also called ahead regarding the appointment. I arrived on time expecting to wait for my 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, which has only about 16,000 miles on it. Instead, I was told I would have to leave the vehicle. I agreed and had to pay about $20 for a Lyft home. At the very end of the day, I received a call telling me that my nearly new vehicle needed new tires and an alignment. I paid for another ride back, only to find my vehicle still parked where I had left it. Based on what I observed, I had serious concerns about whether my vehicle had actually been properly inspected before those recommendations were made. I was also presented with the most expensive, top-of-the-line oil change option even though there were three oil change options available. The other options were not explained to me, and I was not given a clear opportunity to choose between them. I believe customers should be told what their options are and what each option costs before being asked to approve service. I left without having the work done. The entire experience was frustrating and left me with very little confidence in the recommendations I was given. When a business recommends expensive work such as replacing tires on a nearly new vehicle, customers deserve transparency, an honest assessment, and a clear explanation of how that recommendation was reached.

I hate to write negative reviews. Normally I would just not do business with a place instead of doing a review, but I feel like I need to write this one now. I dropped a car of here at Mr Tire off Four Mile Run to have one tire replaced. I came in yesterday and they said that they had to get the tire ordered. No worries makes sense. Came in today and asked if they received the tire yet because I needed to be able to pick up my car by noon at the absolute latest. I was assured by both of the men working at the front desk that it was no problem. I asked again if I should schedule for tomorrow and they don't worry about it. When I came I at noon the car wasn't ready AND I got serious attitude from the man working the front desk. Could have simply been fix with an apology instead of negative attitude. This isn't acceptable. I am now 30 minutes past the promised time. I have used this place before but will jot again.

The basic oil change was quoted at $57 over the phone, but the final price was $134.99 after the additional pricing was explained and confirmed before the service. My main issue is the price point. $134.99 is significantly higher than what I would expect to pay for a basic oil change at many other shops. I’m leaving this review so customers know what to expect and can compare pricing before coming in. Make sure you ask for the complete out-the-door price upfront. I also found the customer service to be unnecessarily condescending. The overall tone made me feel as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service that I was paying for. That attitude was honestly more disappointing than the price itself. I was also made aware that this location has a contract with Enterprise Rental, so I will be contacting the area manager to better understand the nature of the services and pricing associated with that arrangement.

I scheduled an appointment online for four new tires and received a quote, but when I arrived I was told it was no longer valid and was quoted nearly $500 more. I then asked them to inspect my two tires that were under their road hazard warranty. Despite initially questioning whether an inspection was needed, they found nails in both warranted tires after I insisted. The biggest disappointment was the customer service displayed by Mr. Avery. I never received a clear explanation of my warranty or options, felt dismissed when asking questions, and watched multiple customers with appointments get turned away with little empathy. After waiting about four hours, I left and took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience made me question the value of both the warranty and the service.
